Yes they are good.

Yes Baugh is a Baw

But shouldn’t we pump the breaks on them?

They are 2-0 in the SEC, BUT the two defenses that they played are ranked as follows against the run

Auburn: 51st Nationally/ 11th SEC
-additionally UF gave up 39 pts to a rebuilding Auburn team

Ole Miss: 120th Nationally/ 15th SEC

Sounds like a techno mixed CD back in the 90s.

The stats are still a bit misleading right now due to sample size - for example, Auburn and OM are both ranked where they are in part to their games against Florida. Florida's defense will likely be their undoing eventually and I'd like to see them play a defense that can control the running game to some degree, but 10-2 still on the table until further notice.

No let those jorts wearing fatties wet themselves in week 5

After all they did beat that monster Auburn team by 5 points & Sumrall is the new Saban.

They’ll drop 4 more games and then disappear back into their hole. Their annual loss at Kroger field will probably do it

LSU salty and thirsty. Yall made the wrong choice and hired the wrong coach when the right coach was just down the street in New Orleans. Sumrall just wins and his record proves it.

They do this with a team every year. Last year was A&M

They have the pieces to compete and a seemingly very good and motivating coach.

I’m on the UF train

In Defense of Auburn and OM Defense, they played Florida.
That will drop anyone's Defense rankings

I think they look pretty good too. They deserve some praise after the Napier fiasco. It’s been a whirl for them.

What week in the season should fans get excited for their team and have high hopes?

Florida has been dog shite for too long. Let them get their hopes up.

They're not paper gators, but both the Auburn and Ole Miss games final scores are misleading

The Auburn final score was not indicative of how dominant Florida was

The Ole Miss final score was not indicative of how closely contested that game was

I do agree with the premise that the media has jumped all over them this week. Their new coach's real test is how he prepares his team this week on the road now with the adoration of the general population.

Beating AU, not impressive. Beating OM got my attention. They have the talent to compete and win.

Wonder what their run defensive ranking if they both had not have had to face the best RB room in the country...

At what point in 2019 should LSU have been anointed?

For what it's worth, I'm not saying Florida compares to them, just that a surprise team getting attention is warranted in some cases.

We did lose, but played respectable in the 2nd half. We also have been much better than last year.

It’s progress. I don’t think any honest LSU fan saw 10 wins on the schedule before the season. Im still not seeing them, but I have hope.

I see what you are saying, but the final scores of those games indicate that UF's offense was dominant, which is reality.
