We are lucky to get him. This does feel weird though.

BTW, it's "Feleipe".

Better spelling than Fayleighpey.

Speaking of Petrino-era receivers, Franks highlight reel makes me think of Mallett with wheels.

Not sure FF is either but time will tell. You’re insane if you don’t think adding a 5* QB is beneficial to the program.

What?

Congrats Arky, he was picked to start over the best returning QB in the SEC.

I wish Felipe the best. His teammates loved him. Happy UF is not playing against him. Things could have gotten ugly with our fanbase.

Because that is wasting time on Franks. Whoever the starter is will get most of the time and effort spent on them.

Id rather see that go to KJ than Fillipino

KJ has some problems with his mechanics...he needs Franks to handle the offense now

He needs to focus on cleaning up his throwing mechanics before he can start trying to tackle running the offense.

Throw him out there now and you will have a qb struggling with the game compounded by throwing inaccuracies.

Bringing in Franks was the best thing for KJ.

Dismissed from the team after shoving a coach on live television when they're 0-4 and down 17-21 to Charleston Southern late in the 3rd quarter. This'll be a trainwreck

When did this happen? He went straight to Florida, broke his leg in the Kentucky game and is going the graduate transfer route because he most likely lost his starting job. As much as i would love for it to be true, im pretty sure you just completely made that story up.

That is retarded. Any time spent on this kid is time wasted. Spend all your time focused on developing KJ and recruiting top of the line high school kids to take over when KJ leaves in 3 or 4 years.
you realize that 3 of the 4 qbs in the playoff this year and the past 3 straight heisman winners were transfers right? Not saying franks is gonna win the heisman but taking a transfer qb doesn’t necessarily mean it’s gonna unfold like it did last year between hicks and starkel. I’m fact normally when a team brings in a transfer qb he works out. You would think Arkansas fans would understand this since Ryan mallet was a transfer himself. But our fan base has a lot of idiots oh well

Do you think he ever calls his offensive line The Beans.

Food for thought.

Franks and Beans the Fayetteville Tour

never get the beans above the Franks

After Franks shushing his own fans he will always remind me of Ivan Drago in Rocky IV screaming at the crowd "For me! For me!"

This will be a great thread to bump if by some miracle Franks goes off like Burreaux did this year. Pretty surprising, seeing the comparison in their 2018 numbers. You'd think after seeing that at least the LSU fans would slow their roll.

Joe Burrow's stat line for LSU in 2018: 57.8% completions, 2,894 yards, 16 TDs, 5 INTS

Feleipe Franks' stat line for Florida in 2018: 58.4% completions, 2,457 yards, 24 TDs, 6 INTS

We all know that stats don't mean a damn thing, but at the very least, these should mean there is a decent possibility that Franks will have better numbers than most of the QB's in the conference.
