Exclude 21-0 and 46-41.

I’m going with 2015. Everyone was dick riding Fournette winning the Heisman and our defense shut him down. He walked in BDS the favorite and King Henry walked out the new leader. LSU went from #2 to wanting to fire Les in a span of three games.

Honorable mention goes to 1996 and Shaun Alexander mauling LSU in Death Valley.

Honestly I have to go with last year, 2022, because I was there in person and got to see it for myself. The atmosphere was top notch, too. Second favorite was 2012 for the same reasons, I was there and even though we lost, it was one of the best atmospheres I’ve ever seen in Tiger Stadium. This game is almost always a classic and when Saban retires, it truly will be bittersweet.

2019.

Alabama shut the scoreboard off within milliseconds of the final whistle.

There’s been some really great games in this series when I start going down the list. Too hard to choose…

Sooo many overtime games in this series

going to Baton Rouge/the game in 2012 was probably the mountain top of sporting event related experiences I've had in my life. So I'll go with that.

but 2018 was also super fun. Just kind of milling around Tiger Stadium with my brother in law in the 4th quarter because there were so many great seats that were empty.

I could say 2019 but that is too easy. I will give you 2 games
1982 when LSU drove the Bear into retire.

2001 when Rohan Davey through for 528 yards

Ahhh, the ole Les Miles special! Every offensive coach on staff was working/begging/fighting to go more spread during the bye and Les said NOPE, we’re gonna run at the teeth of their Defense. That was next level offensive game planning, just 21-0.

As of now, 2022!! Underdog team picked to finish at the bottom of SEC west and most expecting a1abana to win easily only to get dick slapped by JD5 and BK

Honorable mention: 2001 - Josh Reed and Rohan legendary day where they curb stomped alabana in Tuscaloosa

Probably 1998.
Down 16-7 with a couple minutes to play. FG gets blocked. Get the ball back, Quick TD, onside kick, another tipped pass for a TD. The football gods were with Bama this day.

The loudest I've ever heard Tiger Stadium was when LSU blocked bama’s game winning FG as time expired in 2008. LSU lost in OT, but that blocked FG was giant FU to Saban.

LSU-Bama as a matchup has to produce the most overtime games of any series. I can’t think of another CFB matchup that produces as many OT games as this series, at least in the last 20 years. Hell I think over 25% of the games played end in overtime

1996. I had an uncle & aunt who lived in Plaquemine. We'd go to games with them sometimes and stay at their house. They would always deep fry a turkey and prepare a huge spread before the game. Then we'd go tailgate some outside the stadium. This was the last game we all attended together. Great times. Oh, and Shaun ran for almost 300 yds.

I saw him take one down the sideline about 80 yds. My seats are behind the bama bench...that sucked

2013 was fun. LSU thought they were going to pull off an upset in BD at half...38-17 final score. Mettenberger sacked 4 times in a row and crawled away only using his forearms. Who crawls like that?
