You lose a near two time Heisman trophy winner and this is your response? OOOOOKKKKKKK.

More balanced maybe. More dangerous though??? hehe

ETA - I'm not saying that A&M's offense is going to go to shite. I'm just saying that JFF himself kept you in a TON of games over the past two seasons.

It has been absolutely amazing watching him play these last two seasons. I'm glad I was able to witness one of the best players of all time play live.

Wouldn't surprise me. From what I've seen, he basically gave Manziel full reins and let him do whatever he wanted. This wasn't Sumlin's offense, it was Manziel's.

Nail meet hammer.

Thanks, JFF. Been a hell of a ride.

Best QB I have ever seen, and best player ever to play for A&M.

And forever 0-2 vs LSU.

Heck of a player and when he spoke always handled himself very well. I like him and wish him all the best.

Tbird I am expecting a rendition of what our local radio guy here in Memphis does when the Grizzlies either trade or release a guy.

It is a nice mix of highlight radio calls & "I will remember you" by Sarah McLachlan. The Jerryd Bayless tribute yesterday was very touching.

@ all the people who still refuse to give him any sort of credit for being a good guy.
Most folks give him all the credit in the world for being a fantastic athlete with great skill and exciting to watch on the field. We'll have to wait and see how he matures before he gets the "good guy" label.

He's always been a good guy.
It's just easier for folks to believe the manufactured crap.
(I've been asking for over a year for examples from this board of JFF's shittiness--I've yet to read one; the subject is always changed).
But that's a post for another day.

Sure he was a great guy in the locker room and great team player....but Mr. Pimp Daddy off the field....may not work in the NFL!

The greatest QB of our generation could only lead you to an 8-4 record. You lose him, a monster at WR, and a top 5 draft OL and you will be 'more balanced and dangerous'. You guys are so adorable.

Reminds me of last year when the talk of losing Moore was going to be nothing as your D had all this young talent..... worked out well for you. You don't replace players like Moore and you sure the hell do not replace JFF, Evans, Mathews etc... without a significant dropoff.

And dropping from 8-4 gets you back in your 7 decade comfort zone.
