Wouldn't surprise me. From what I've seen, he basically gave Manziel full reins and let him do whatever he wanted. This wasn't Sumlin's offense, it was Manziel's.

Next year we finally get to see Sumlin's offense.

I believe he should be a two time Heisman winner...great college football player.

FYI: I am on record of saying this prior to even knowing Auburn would play FSU and Famous Jameis in the NCG...I am not just butthurt

@ all the people who still refuse to give him any sort of credit for being a good guy.

I am really excited to see our offense now that he is gone and I wish him well and thank him for the memories.

He was really exiting to watch. Don't know how you guys are going to do without him. Hopefully Kyle Allen sucks for you guys.

Sumlin fielded a top 20 offense while playing a 4th string walk on QB (top 3 QBs all got hurt in a crazy string of injuries, the first two in the 3rd game of the season) at UH. Manziel is not replaceable, but we'll still move the ball and score points.

Wouldnt it be crazy if they actually have a better record next season?

No and I don't understand why everyone selling sumlin short like he wasn't putting up points before jff.

I'm glad to see him go and never had a problem with him.
