No. Dare to meet you anytime for taste test, Doubt it would happen but confident in my cooking. Also mastered red beans in rice, shrimp creole, blackened fish, dirty rice and jambalaya. Obsessed with creole cooking. Love it.

Birmingham is not a "shithole" now. Most underappreciated southern city in US IMO. New UAB football stadium under construction starting now. Gentrification of downtown continues.
