Where to eat - Ole Miss edition

Posted by Aubie83 on 1/14/22 at 6:17 pm
Making the trip to watch Auburn play Ole Miss tomorrow. I’ve been twice. The first time we ate at Ajax Diner. The second trip we didn’t eat on campus. What are the Ole Miss must eats?...
I don't believe that UGA is as bad as the SEC Championship indicated, but any level headed person would have a hard time putting money on them. There is absolutely nothing to indicate they will come out with a win....
Alabama’s home-field ranked loudest in the nation.
I haven't been to all SEC stadiums yet, but I have been to all SEC West minus A&M, Tennessee and Florida and Penn State this year for the Auburn game. The 2010 IB @ Tuscaloosa was the loudest environment I have personally been in....

We were at the Tanger Outlets in/near Pigeon Forge and a few places required them still. All of those that did require them also provided them though....

Streaming during COVID

Posted by Aubie83 on 1/26/21 at 5:51 pm
Alright. I have COVID, so far only mild symptoms. I need some new shows. I have Prime, Netflix, Apple+, HULU and Disney Plus. Thinking of adding HBO Max if anyone recommends anything. What are your go to binge worthy shows?...
I have watched him a few times. He has the size to be a monster but is extremely raw. Only played football for a couple of years. Pruitts dad was HC at Albertville HS so he has an inside track IMO...
Seems to be the consensus for the worst SEC road trip venue.
I have been pretty excited about this trip but all of the negative has me bummed out. ...

Visiting Gainesville

My buddy and I try to make one away game a year. This year we are going to Gainesville. To get the full experience what are the must see/do in Gator country?...
2010 IB at BDS. The crowd noise in the 1st half was suffocating....
Can't trust a man with 2 first names...
If it fails, we are looking for a new coach next year. I like the way some other posters put it, this is the year for Gus to put up or shut up, and he's going to do it on his terms. We'll see how it goes.
Yep, sink or swim Gus is doing it his way. The rewards are just as great as...
Yeah nut he said he was talking to him in 2010 and Gardner was talking about Cam neing their QB...Gardner wasnt even on staff in 2010 with Cam....
Am I nuts for thinking that Jeremy Johnson might have a Jason Campbell-type turnaround?
He definitely could. I believe his issues with play are all mental. All of the hype damaged him IMHO....
It is kind of weird- the sudden die-hard fandom of the Panthers. I've heard college fans say they're fans of a player on a team, but I don't think I've ever heard of college fans becoming fans of an NFL team simply because one single player is on it.
It's called not really being...

re: Cam Newton SEC hypothetical.
The question I always had was how would Auburn have done in 2011 if Cam and Nick had come back for there senior year (We lost a lot of talent). It is possible he would have taken an 7-5 regular season team and gone 10-2.
Impossible...Cam does not lose college games as a starting...
I hate saying it...but Kiffin is looking much more like an offensive genius than Gus
Bama's D had as much to do with making their offense look good as Kiffin did. ...
This guy thinks state laws are superior to federal rules.
I think his whole point is that the Federal government has infringed on states rights and outstepped its authority. A lot of people feel that way....
From a "deserving to go" standpoint...no they don't deserve it. But i don't see how a school can turn down the extra practices and what not. I feel a school should always accept a bowl bid, deserving or not....
Not qualified to coordinate a defense at this level
Well...apparently Les Miles and Gustav Malzahn disagree with you. I do agree with you......
Down vote if you want. Dude can recruit and he will do a fine job.
AU has recruiters...we need someone who can run a defense....
