Hard to argue. UGA hasn’t had as many bad seasons as LSU the last decade. Overall been more consistent even though lsu has one more natty and more SEC titles

THE Ohio State University!

Georgia mostly is new to the elite sector of college football and LSU while having more titles also has had its struggles.

I don’t understand Oklahoma’s position at #3…no NCs or wins in the CFP. Florida’s ranking at #7 is also questionable. They had a good run from 2005-2009, but that’s about it.

OSU and OU are slightly high.

Great programs.

No problem with UGA up to#2.

Repeat is noteworthy.

Usc blew it though.

auburn at #8. Hard to believe, but hard to argue against. Big 6 still kicking.

These use SP+ rankings over the last twenty years, which are essentially power ratings. They have less to do with on the field results than the quality of the team. A lot of years, a 7-5 SEC team will be top-15/20 team in SP+ rankings. They basically rank who’d be favored against who on a neutral field.

And Ohio State is OLD at winning titles in the BCS/CFP eras! So old, UGA spotted you 14 points in the 2nd half by shutting your arses down...Bucks got cracked.

That was weak, like Georgia's tradition of titles, or lack of them. Ohio State has been winning titles from olden to modern times. Football royalty young man.

You don't know what you're talking about, Buck-head.

Georgia was first voted #1 national champions in 1920.

Ohio State's first time being voted #1 was not until 1933.

Ohio State's a latecomer to the game. You're also LOSERS to the SEC conference overall and you're 0-2 vs. the Dawgs. You won your games against inferior competition. Sorry, facts are facts.

OSU has less titles in the last half century than:

UGA, LSU, Bama and UF
