UNC has been a done deal for a few years now. They already have a gentleman's agreement with the SEC.
As for UVa, there's no school that is less SEC than UVa. We could get just about anyone else from the ACC and they would be a better fit than VA.

UNC is probably the top target for the SEC and BIG.
UVA does nothing for me, would prefer VA Tech honestly.

Virginia Tech is a topnotch engineering school. STEM crushes liberal arts. NC State would also be a good choice on that basis. Most engineers I encountered in ASCE meetings were NC State not UNC.
