re: Ugliest unis in the SEC

Honestly, not a bad set of uniforms overall
I think South Carolina looks best with the white helmet/garnet jersey
The oval tiger logo looks better than the block M on Mizzou helmets
And of course, those all black Tennessee uniforms were atrocious

Classic game
Texas didn't have anywhere near the talent they have now...playing against a juggernaut

The show is awful now
Pat McCafee is unbearable, honestly seems like he's coked up half the time
Herbsteit has become a total ESPN shill, and just not entertaining anymore
Saban is a great analyst, but his unique coaching perspective is just lost on such a clown show around him

Beyond that, no clue. Miami and GT should be in the 20s, they would get destroyed by any top 12 team and would lose to most of the top 20. Also don’t like Virginia at 16
Doesn't really matter what GT and Virginia should be ranked....win your conference and you're in
As for Miami...they do hold that key win over Notre Dame...if they win out and are 10-2 with the ND win, its going to be interesting
The committee is garbage, and these rankings will be meaningless, as alot can change in the coming weeks
Ohio State and Indiana are practically in already, so it really doesn't matter what they're ranked.
The SEC needs to get past Nov. 15 to get a better idea of where everyone stands
Barring a Pitt upset, Notre Dame is in
The playoff projection will have Texas Tech and BYU in, which will be completely useless, because they play each other Saturday
These dumb ratings shows are a hangover from the 4 team playoff...they don't exactly mean much anymore

Tech will always be at a disadvantage geographically to compete with the big fish but they can still be relevant in the Big XII. They aren’t ever going to be a legacy program
Geography doesn't matter. Paying players matters
The state of Texas has ALOT of money. UT has alot of money to stay at the top of the SEC. Look how well SMU is doing.
It's the reality of the sport now
Good question. The sport has become all about the playoff. What's the easiest path to a playoff? Unless you're some kind of portal genius, rebuilding in the SEC will take time, especially if you have 4 built-in losses on the schedule.

And that defense was really good too
One of the best defenses in the history of college football IMO

Never really made sense how LSU had to go play an extra game in the SEC Championship while Alabama got to sit at home and still get in.
This game was the berth of the 4 team playoff
This game was the berth of the 4 team playoff
Has Ole Miss won one? what about Indiana?
It's been awhile since Texas A&M won one
I think the possibility of someone relatively new is greater with the 12 team playoff

haha makes perfect sense now

LSU is a burning dumpster full of assclowns. They aren’t beating anybody
at least they beat Florida
Alabama is definitely the better team, but what will the LSU mindset be?
Are they going in as a defeated team? or is this going to be the Tiger's Super Bowl...they have nothing to lose and Alabama probably thinks this is an automatic W
Same goes for Alabama-Auburn. Rivalry game. Auburn's Super Bowl after a dismal season

Or maybe karma for claiming other teams National Championships
re: Heupel to LSU and Schiano to TN

Maybe Heupel to Auburn, and Luke Fickell to LSU, and Napier to Tennessee
Sark to the NFL, Jimbo to Texas lol
Who would get in over a 3 loss Texas? 2-loss Miami, Michigan, USC for starters
No one is a virtual lock yet...close for Texas A&M and Ole Miss, but not a lock yet
Alabama vs Oklahoma and Texas vs Georgia are practically playoff games
Vandy has peaked...

USC is still very much alive for the playoff this year
A win over Oregon would catapult them up the rankings
