I knew the had an off-campus stadium, but damn that has got to suck. It's not just William Bryce. Founders is nowhere near campus or the football stadium. Then the hoops area is close to campus, but then again not close to anything else. Finally, I think tennis, track, softball, soccer are together. That's a win, but then again it's not near any of the other big 3. 4 completely separate locations for all their facilities. I feel bad for the students and understand their lower attendance more so now. Everything is so inconvenient.

Does anyone else suffer from this? A&M has a nice grouping of facilities with Kyle right next to the student center. I know Florida & Vandy have things back to back to back.

For what? People go to football games no matter what, basketball is on campus, and the baseball park is literally across the street from off campus student housing and like .15 miles from Greek Row and other campus buildings (and is actually closer to campus than several other off campus student housing)

So, who does it suck for? All those students that really wanted to go to the track meet but couldn't because it's on the edge of campus?

As an aside, you really seem to be underestimating how far our campus stretches.

eta: What low attendance are you talking about? Willing to bet we're top 20 in football, baseball, men's and women's basketball easily.

Is the university in the middle of downtown? That makes it tough to have everything together.

I've been to two games @ SCar and I did find it somewhat weird their stadium was not really directly on campus.

There is absolutely no difficulty in getting to Founders from campus on foot.

basketball attendance has nothing to do with location.

basketball attendance

the diaper-rashed aggy OP wants to talk about 'lower attendance' without acknowledging Carolina had 189265 fans watch USC in 15 home games this past season while Aggy had a mere 146040 in 16 home games suffer through their season.

Clearly, you have never been columbia, sc. Who gives a
shite about their atheletic facility set up? The entire town and campus are probably the trashiest I have ever visited. I honestly feel bad for the kids that go there.
