Leave it to the mizzou fan to say he’d rather live in St Louis than Columbia SC.

Moved, not removed. You can still walk to it.

But yes, the point still stands.

Nope, it is across the street from the National Guard complex.

Damn, I used to live at what used to be University Oaks that is the Guard's next door neighbor. I would've walked there so many times in college if it had been there at the time.

The University owns all that land behind University Oaks now up to the river. Something should eventually be happening over there.

I was there 3 years ago, when there were so many rain delays in the UGA/USC game. I've been there several times, even for non-UGA games. I've been to Columbia many, many times and always stay near the campus. Usually at Historic Hampton on Gervais.

Love Pearlz, Ristorante Divino, Blue Marlin. SC BBQ sux azz though.

I've had some really fun times in Columbia. But I'll be happy when they nuke all of the warehouses and put other stuff there.

Next time you're in the Vista, stop by PotSmoker's.

I think you might change your mind, unless you're one of those weirdos who think bbq means beef.

Definitely a weird set up. I’ve stayed in downtown Columbia a few times, and been to a basketball game. You’d hardly know there’s a college there. No atmosphere. Columbia isn’t bad though.

You’d think they would have taken better advantage of Sherman torching the place.

Had it for the first time last friday. BBQ plate is perfect. Sides were really good as well.

Arkansas has a football stadium 200 miles from campus.

I knew the had an off-campus stadium, but damn that has got to suck. It's not just William Bryce. Founders is nowhere near campus or the football stadium. Then the hoops area is close to campus, but then again not close to anything else. Finally, I think tennis, track, softball, soccer are together. That's a win, but then again it's not near any of the other big 3. 4 completely separate locations for all their facilities. I feel bad for the students and understand their lower attendance more so now. Everything is so inconvenient.

Do you dream about us...have nightmares about us...fantasize about us....damn dude...get a friggin' life !!!!

That’s what I’ve heard. Tried Maurice’s. Asked if they had Brunswick Stew. Waitress said they had something similar. Can’t remember the name. Looked like dog poop vomit. First time I ever left a BBQ joint hungry.
