Possibly throws the East race up in the air if he's anywhere better than Mauk.

How about he play a game first? Also from what I've read, Mizzou WR's aren't very good either and they don't have a very strong rushing attack.

Short answer is no. Nobody is stepping in UGAs way this season, except for UGA.

He's the future and probably the best qb in history.

Well based on the past, everyone still has a shot

The WR's have to learn how to catch the ball, the OL has to run block, and Lock has to stay healthy. None of those scenarios are realistic with this years team.

Exactly. I think most mizzou fans are extremely excited to see what he does on Saturday. But...

I'm not sure how much of a difference he will make. Regardless, I am excited.

He gives us a better shot to win every Saturday and that one Thursday.

I don't think we have the pieces and chemistry to compete for the East title this year.

Probably not this year, but does give him valuable experience for 2016-17.

He's better than Mauk from the little bit I've seen. That said, a good evaluation will probably have to wait for a point where teams have been able to gameplan for him specifically under center.

If Florida and Bama win this Saturday I could see the Gators taking the East.

No, the Kentucky loss finished them. They will lose to Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. The east is going to be a pileup at the top after this weekend.

Our Rushing game will be fine/pretty good once Russ is fully healed, and our WR have a lot of promise, but still just a little too young.

Lock is goat.

Listen up. If the fricking receivers don't catch the god damn ball when it hits them in the fricking hands, then NO we don't stand a chance.

I know. Ish Witter read this and fell to the ground.

With Mauk behind center I would agree with this but with Lock? I think Mizzou now wins against both UF and Tenn. Both games are at Faurot. Winning the division at this point is a pipe dream, but I could see Mizzou finishing strong, especially if Lock stays the starter and gets an opportunity to grow.

Or I could be wrong and we just get killed this year.

It's amazing what winning does for chemistry.

I would coin flip the Vols but I have a feeling the Gator D will feed on the Tigers this year.

We're pretty much unstoppable at this point.
