Does Elko even gain any job security with a win over Alabama?!

Well, a win won't hurt; but considering the state of Bama's uncompetitiveness it likely won't help his job security much. If Alabama should win it certainly won't help DoBoer, or assuage Bama fan's predicament.
Just thinking beyond Saturday, and how either outcome won't matter.

It is rediculas way people think about coaches job security.The man made the playoffs last year and lost good coaches and players.These coaches sign 5 - 7 year contracts and if administrations think the way fans do losing is what the fans deserve.One bad season doesn’t mean he’s a bad coach let’s hope no schools Administrations act like fans.
