Regarding Tiger Stadium's atmosphere/noise last night, despite ABC's audio engineer's attempts to "squelch the noise" & "boost/clarify Herbstreit's & Fowlers voices".........
I could not hear, understand 85% of what they said on TV during the game broadcast; nor the 2 chick analysts they had covering/interviewing each sidelines or coach interviews.

Yep, while watching it on tv.....take your eye off LSU's offense for just a moment.....and you will miss the next snap/play!

Another thing was the sustained focus, intensity despite being up 40 points!!
Kirk Herbstreit said it best on national tv when in the 3rd quarter he commented that "LSU was playing like the score was 0 to 0"!

When the Ga Tech Coach was asked after their game @ Tiger Stadium as to "what it was like".......He responded:
"It was like being in Rome's Colosseum and We were the Christians"!
CajunBama's own Coach Paul Bear Bryant described playing in Tiger Stadium as "The most difficult stadium to compete in" and was like "Being welded shut inside a 55 Gallon Steel Barrel with a Giant beating relentlessly upon it with a metal mallet"!
LSU's Tiger Stadium & Fans are just Different! Very Different!!

The SEC does have the best Fans & Venues in the NCAA. But "cajunbama" is very mistaken about LSU's Tiger Stadium's "atmosphere, electricity, media/celebrity, etc." being "similar to at least 5 other venues just in the SEC".
Tiger Stadium & LSU Fan's passion/energy is Not Only uniquely, drastically, decidedly Louder & more Violently Intimidating than any other SEC venue......but the #1 "Colosseum, Sports Arena/Stadium" in the History of Mankind + Planet Earth!
And it's an undebatable, irrefutable Fact!

Yes, the Tigers looked Great! But without DISCIPLINE on Both sides of the Ball.....penalties can erase great plays, and kill the all important "momentum".
Only with superb Coaching are players and able to give/sustain 60 minutes of focused/stable mindset + play, which greatly reduces penalties & turnovers!
No matter how good the offense looks or how many yards gained - without Discipline - the overall goal of "Winning the Game" will always be in Jeopardy!

"Loud" does not describe and/or explain the overall "Effect" that the mind/body "Experiences" while in Tiger Stadium! It's more of a physical "Feeling" that is caused from the passion/energy of LSU Fans.
Tiger Stadium (Deaf Valley) & LSU Fans generate a unique, dynamic physical ENERGY unlike anywhere else - EVER! The Passion/Energy produces an overall "affect" that causes opposing teams, players, coaches to become "destabilized" or "Punch Drunk"! This is what you witness when you say their players running into each other, unbalanced & confused. Their brains (inner ear eustacian tubes) become scrambled, which affects their mind/body from the explosive audible violence pounding down upon them.

With this news, I just felt the Mental/Psychological Momentum take an enormous, drastic Shift back in the Tigers favor!!
I have not been this worried about going into a game, starting a season EVER! It was Bad - and you could Feel It!
Most people don't understand the enormous factor and aspect "Mindset & Mental Energy" play on the Team + Fans! And that is especially so with LSU Fans in Tiger Stadium!
This energy, momentum plays a Critical Role in the outcome of a game. It ebbs and flows, of course, throughout the game. But due to the fake media outrage, spectacle & other fanbases jealousy......their was indeed a bad spell, omen cast upon LSU in general, Kiffen specifically. The psychological "feeling, energy & mood" yesterday and earlier today was palpable, scary and decidedly Down/Negative going into the Clemson game tomorrow!
LSU, Kiffen & the Team were brutalized by the media & masses unfairly! But with these players getting Screwed and LSU getting Sued for doing nothing wrong...........I FEEL the Mood has Shifted and what has been Created is a "positive" Victim Role & Pent up, Stored Energy fixing to be Released!!
With the wall to wall national coverage/attention LSU & Lane Kiffen are getting through all this fake outrage.......the "underlying message" that elite recruits/athletes are seeing + hearing is that:
LSU is the place to Be & Play!
LSU is the place to Be & Play!
uscpuke = exhibit A for jealous fan
Most Brutally Accurate + Cold as Ice quote by StTiger:
"Old Piss' sole motive in life right now is to hurt Lane and draw all negative attention to Lane and LSU"
And StTiger Off the Top Rope with the most embarrassing truth for Rebel Fans:
"Ole yellow stain doesn't even care about their own season"!
b r u t a l
LSU is a veritable Media's Wet Dream (especially TV)!
Viewership, Attention, Optics, Passion = Big $$$ & Success!
Tiger Fans + Death Valley never fail to Deliver the Win!
LSU getting Hate from Fans/Media ~ But Elite Players/Recruits LOVE + Want to BE a Tiger!
Posted by KidCreole on 8/31/26 at 9:58 pm
LSU has already WON this villainess, fake media/fan hate + envy spectacle.....whereby LSU has Outright Dominated & Owned 90% + of the Entire Sports World Media Networks, Outlets, InterWeb Channels, Journalists, Radio, Podcasts, etc!!! And THAT is Huge Good!
LSU getting ALL the Attention for #1 very simple/obvious reason:
It is Due To the entire "Optics/Atmosphere surrounding LSU Football, LSU Fans, Tiger Stadium & Coach Lane Kiffen"! LSU is the #1 most colorful, passionate, exciting atmosphere/venue in College Football!! By Far!! And the LSU Football Team & Coaching Staff/Roster IS how/what Matters Most & IS the Most Relevant in All of College Football!!
Being Ignored, Not Mentioned, Remembered or Recognized is a "Death Sentence".... which is why even Coca Cola still spends billions on advertising! Getting Attention is Victory!
LSU is at the center of Attention because LSU is Exciting & "sells newspapers, clicks, content, views"!
And it's why so many Top Athletes want to come here & play in Death Valley on Saturday Night for the Tigers!
LSU has already WON this whole Pro Player Recruiting Debacle. The NCAA & Especially the SEC are/will be the Big Losers. They're solely running, operating on false pride & are NOT on offense, but instead in Damage Control mode. The SEC will have to allow a certain, appropriate amount of time to pass before Firing Sankey, but it is a forgone conclusion!
Louisiana State University et al, who got rid of Kelly and performed a Master Class Coup on obtaining/hiring Lane Kiffen.... will likewise handle business both on/off the field in the correct, appropriate manner in order to continue the #1 LSU Brand and the pursuit of more National Championships!!

Nowhere in my post, mind or person do I "hate" Nuss. I don't hate anyone.
What I was doing was objectively critiquing Nuss's overall skills, abilities while QB for LSU. After having just re-watched the 2024 Ole Miss game my thoughts/memories - feelings/frustrations regarding Nuss "all came back to me". Not being in the heat of the game moment, or 2024 season, I was able to be removed and far more objective in my analysis. And I forgot how inept he was @ QB. It's my opinion that he is not really cut out or qualified to be a good QB. And that he did it as a kid, and perhaps continued doing it due to his Dad being a QB coach!?!
And here is what is/was glaringly obvious with Nuss in that Ole Miss game and others.
When a player is "connected" to the game, he is calm, poised and in sync with his team. They just move, look, feel natural. Great athletes "flow" and appear smooth in their movements, ball handling, etc. If you've played sports @ an advanced level, which I have and do, as well as "teach" the fundamental + extremely technical/bio-mechanical elements, aspects involved in the sport I play/compete.......then you know how critical "timing" & "feel" is in a highly competitive, lightning fast sport where millimeters can make the difference in winning/losing.
Being in "sync" with the game and players is especially imperative for a QB and his wide receivers. Part of this ability and skill is that they be able to move fluently, think quickly and be able to "see" (and feel) the entire field and individual players moving on it. It is an extremely difficult position to play, and very, very few can manage it @ the High School, much less D1 or Pro level! There is nothing to be ashamed of, or cause for "hate" if one is unable to execute/perform @ the QB position.
The simple fact is that Nussmeier does not have the special qualities, skills needed to QB or lead a team. He will occasionally "connect", but he has no command over how/when/where. He is inconsistent. When he Nuss completes passes it is often due to his world class athlete wide receivers that are making a great play/catch in a difficult situation on what was often a badly placed/timed ball. When they appear to simply "drop the ball/miss the catch"....if you watch very closely you will see usually see the lack of touch/feel or "finesse" Nuss has on the ball. The timing/rhythm of the pass, ball & receiver are OFF!
Nuss's body language also indicates, betrays how disconnected he was on the field, along with a obvious, significant lack of confidence. He is just not inspiring. And was noway, nohow - NOT - a leader. Again, I don't hate or dislike Nuss. And hope he does well in his NFL football career!! But @ LSU he never looked "connected" or "part of the team". He had little to no chemistry with his wide receivers, or other teammates, and it was abundantly obvious.
To those who know and understand....no explanation is necessary.
To those who don't.....no explanation will do.

If the media can steal the 2020 election, and the Courts/Judges refuse to look at the evidence......
If the Heads of the Department of Health, FDA and other Medical Agencies can lie, deceive about a Pandemic & kill/disable people with a vaccine, take your freedom, close your business.....
It's the Media + "Court of Woke Public Opinion" & opposing/jealous Fan Bases that you are really fighting. True/False - Fair/Unfair.....The Law & Justice System can NOT be relied upon.
It is the O P T I C S (Public Relations/Mass Opinion) that are the Critical/Huge Concern here! Lets say LSU follows the courts rulings, injunctions and legally allows these players their right to play. And down the road, they perform on the field in the way/manner you had hoped by making a Big Play, Recovering a Fumble, Interception, etc.
Each time they "do/play" how you had hoped.....LSU will Lose in the Court of Public (Jealous) Opinion! The Peanut Gallery will be Massive & Loud. The "Optics" are too Risky.

Well, I just happen to have rewatched the 2024 Ole Miss Game 3 nights ago, and it was PAINFUL (actually/really) watching Nuss! I think he was like 12 for 42 at the end of first half.
Yes, I'm glad he was able to complete passes in the end for an LSU win. But it should have never ended in a tie game and go to overtime. LSU's Defense won that game!
The think that was so enormously frustrating watching Nuss play was his utter lack of "feel" while passing the ball. It's like he had "no connection, chemistry or feel" with the wide receiver or play in general. HE WAS OUT OF SYNC with the rest of the team. His TIMING was attocious. The ball would be thrown just a little or a lot too hard, soft, long/short, high/low! The receiver would be OPEN and would often SEEM like he dropped the pass. But if you know what you are looking at & understand that TOUCH & TIMING are Crucial....especially when you're dealing with the speed of these players, plays and where millimeters make the difference between success/failure!
Nuss, I believe, was selfish and played as though he was "all alone" and/or "on a one man team". Thus, the reason he had NO leadership, communication skills. He simply could not "Connect".
He is NOT a good QB. And he was exceedingly frustrating to watch at LSU. He "out of syncness" had a demonstrable and dismal effect on the entire team, every player - especially offense.
Rewatching that Ole Miss game was Brutal. I wanted to vommit.
