Only Texas embraces it as a culture. And I say that as an A&M fan.

We don't but it's too late.
Definitely gonna be some pronoun related confusion for us and some very distraught Texass fans when they realize they can't push the conference around like the SWC & Big 8/9/11/12 (frickers can't even count).

If the SEC went back to 12, it would still be the best conference in America across numerous sports. I don’t want Texas or Oklahoma, and I’d love to dump A&M and Missouri.

Last I heard, all of your schools voted “Yes”.

You aren’t going to want to Google LSU’s President then.

I would rather have a coach that’s a cuck than a school run by progs.

No. Didn't want A&M or Missouri either but I guess I need to get over that.
Yeah. A&M fits well enough. Mizzou is fine - although they'd rather be in the Big10, and they would have been a much better fit in the Big10. Oklahoma will be fine.
This Texas thing is going to be a debacle. Give it two years, tops, before they start making demands. And although all colleges are liberal - the city of Austin is something else entirely. If Texas wanted to leave the Big12, they should have went to the PacWhateverItIsToday. They'd be happier, we'd be happier.
Bright side - and I've been saying it from day one - is that Texas will not stay. Give it ten years, absolute tops.

Taking all of class time to preach and indoctrinate isn't enough, apparently. I knew the answer to the question 7 words into the first sentence. They meke it obvious how you're supposed to answer and then use the rest of the question to preach a little more. No wonder our kids are are dumb-as-shite marxists.

so question for those of you that don’t want Texss in the SEC.. Would you really prefer that Texas was in the B1G? Have you thought about how big the money gap could have been at that point?
I wanted to be in the SEC, and I don’t care if y’all hate us or love us.. makes no difference to me.. I welcome the hate.. just doesn’t make much sense to me that anyone would have wanted that setup. This setup at least allows two conferences to survive.. the other way might have only left one. Just my opinion.
Notre Dame
Texas
Oklahoma
Nebraska
USC
Michigan
Ohio State
Penn State
That’s a lot of eyeballs, even if the product isn’t as good right now.
A lot of eyeballs, but no championships which really is why we play college sports.
The SEC does better on the field, court, whatever, with less money. The Big Ten has won zero baseball titles, one basketball title, and 2 football titles since 2000. The SEC has won multiple titles in each one of those (and has been even before that.
So honestly it would be the SEC that would survive athletically, but then it already is the better conference without Texas or Oklahoma.
I am sure the Big Ten fans are thrilled to see their teams making lots of money while the SEC takes home the trophies.

Texas will help bring us all more money plus their sports programs are not a real threat.

If only someone would have cautioned against accepting tu into the SEC...

We do not want Austin the the sec but sec just see the $$$ it really is going to suck and change the landscape of the sec in a negative way (talking politics)

I think adding OU and Texas adds to the fun. Two hated traditional powerhouses. It’s going to spice things up in a good way.

We as fans? Short answer, No.
But they didn’t give us a vote, so here we are.

This is so sip that it sipped again just trying to out-sip that last time it went sipping.
Enjoy your new conference mates, SEC smart guys.
