Gotta be. There's just been too much smoke coming out of UNC to not believe she's been nothing more than an end of life decision by him that is just absurd and she's been the center piece of the problem. But Bill's ultimately to blame. His life appears to be in chaos.

So even though Belichik is exposed as a fraud, does the trim still hang around? Is it married trim or just girlfriend trim? If it's just girlfriend trim, then she has a lifestyle decision to make. Stick around - even though her friends will be pointing and laughing, or go back to normal citizenry.

The damage is done so she might as well try to latch onto him until he croaks and maybe get some $.

I don't think it's meant to be serious — but I could be wrong.

It was serious for Tennessee, and there was a flash at Arkansas when it was taken seriously by the local media. Even so far as to have Bret Farve, and others who knows Gruden personally, tweeting about it.

Fortunately that seems to have stopped.

I would put good money on this being the result of the young lady telling him, "It's either UNC, or it's me."

Yeah, I almost mentioned Arkansas but couldn't remember for sure.

Didn't he come out at some point and say Tennessee was his "dream job?"

Not sure if that was real or a troll by that point, but I know that was actually his first stop as a GA way back when.

ehh you can go back further. I love Frank McGuire, but it started with him. Dean was his assistant and his pick to take over

It's also kind of weird that Belichick is good friends with Jimmy Johnson. They go fishing together on Jimmy's boat in the Keys. I guess they have mutual respect for each other's career. Who knows.

whats weird to me is how Saban is so adamant that Bill is a major reason for his success as a coach, but yet without Tom....Bill has been pretty average to below average

He's said repeatedly that'd he'd love to coach in the SEC.

That doesn't mean anything though. I'd love to be a professional chef. And while I have the talent for it (by Arkansas standards), I'd never ever sacrifice my very good IT career or the time it would take away from my family to do it. Wanting something doesn't mean you're willing to pay the price it takes to get it.

247 Team Talent Composite
According to the 247 Talent Composite, they are 31st in the country, and 5th in the ACC in "talent".

I understand that it isnt the definitive metric as teams like Clemson, Florida and Auburn show up in the top 15. But most of those schools near the top of the list are also the teams that will make up the majority of CFP teams. So it cant be discounted.

This UNC/Belichick experiment may be one of the biggest coaching flops of all time in CFB. Chapel Hill is an absolute mess right now.

This Belichick thing will actually be good for the sport, it’s setting a precedent to get rid of >5 year, fully guaranteed contracts for coaches. Jimbo Fisher should be in prison for what he pulled at A&M

How does Belichick work this out in his head? Because you know he has to.

Guys like him can't just look in a mirror and say shite, I suck.

We tried this with a guy from the pros who hadn't been around college for 20+ years. I don't know why anyone would think it would work.

To be fair a ton of rich old men have very young GFs if they have money...basic golddigging. Though I am sure all those playmates loved Hugh because of his amazing personality and dance moves. Guy I heard could breakdance your chappers off.
