Nice CNN level spin there. you know this entire thread is about transferring and immediate eligibility. You got called by someone who took the time to look up the facts. Take the L and move on.

Nice spin move by you also, I was replying to a poster that CLEARLY asked, "how would i feel if LSU granted a player a release to transfer to AUBURN or BAMA. I provided PROOF that it has happened before. The poster didn't mention immediate eligibility in his statement. So you sir/ma'am need to move on and get better at reading comprehension.

Cade could have gone to any number of schools and received no opposition. But, they transferred in conference (Cade, in division).

Cade received his granted transfer waiver from the NCAA this week and is just waiting for final word from the SEC. So if this was an in-division transfer, why did that get approved by the NCAA but Reese's hasn't? My big issue is the NCAA remaining silent on his waiver for 9 months. Regardless of approval or denial, they need to address it.

Not great that there is a consistent pattern of players having accusations against the culture at uga.

That being said, it’s not a great look to say this when the school you transferred to is Ole Miss.
OM has really turned some of their cultural problems around recently, but I’m not sure it being a mecca of racial equality is something the public is going to quite buy.

Sounds more like good negative-recruiting by Kiffin, but it’s a dangerous game to play considering the sign incident was not that long ago.

Of course it's not true. Yea, Kirby the master "manipulator" who tricked a kid into playing on the team. It's so absurdly stupid it's laughable.

If you've ever heard Otis Reese talk you'd know he doesn't have a 4 syllable word in his vocabulary. There is no way he wrote that statement at all.

Fans like you hurling insults at players over a game may have something to do with their accusations of toxicity.

I get this frustration. No rhyme or reason.

This is ironic considering the post I replied to was insulting a player’s English.

Lets ask Maurice Smith his thoughts on the transfer process. The SEC had no problems giving the OK.

How many Bama fans don’t understand that he’s a grad transfer?

I'm ABSOLUTELY over treating these "players" like amateurs anymore. They treat the schools like NFL teams so I no longer have any sensitivity towards players like Otis Reese.

This is what happens when you pamper these kids. Give them everything they ask for, a free education, 24/7 medical care, personal tutors and nutritionists and they just don't understand how good they have it.

It's enough to make me want to watch Division II/III football. I'm so sick of these ignorant morons who have no idea how good they have it. If I was Otis Reese, I would thank my lucky stars If I got a UGA scholarship. A chance to earn a degree from a top 50 college (for free!) and a chance to play in the SEC.

Of course I don't blame them for acting like spoiled brats. Everyone is kissing their arse on TV for being so "brave" playing football during covid, have Kirk Herbstreit on tv sobbing about social justice issues.

These athletes think they're more important than they actually are. I'm so sick of what's becoming Division 1 football. It's essentially become the NFL, these kids treat college like free agency, they have absolutely no perspective on life.

Head coaches nowadays have to deal with so much freaking crap. Every week its something with this program. I don't care anymore. I know now why Kirby Smart offered a guy like Ladd McConkey. He knows he can count on him to be accountable, work hard and not be a freakin headache.

For the 100th time - Mo Smith was a GRADUATE TRANSFER. Unless Otis has his UGA degree, he has to endure the process of getting immediate eligibility to play.

But that wasn't what he challenged me on was it? The challenge was IF an LSU player wanted to transfer to Auburn or Bama. Well, I provided PROOF that this has already occurred. As for my feelings, I admired Coach Miles for granting the player his release to seek playing time WHEREVER he desired. Just like I OPPOSE Coach O for not granting a release to kids that want to transfer in conference. With that being said, I can't speak on how other LSU fans feel about those matters.

Kirby is getting played the same way Smith played Saban. Kirby will probably change tune shortly and say it was all a misunderstanding

Greg Sankey went on radio today and reiterated the rule: If you transfer to another school you have to sit out a year unless you have already graduated. THAT. IS. THE. RULE.

Otis Reese knows this so he's making up extreme circumstances in order to get around the rule.
