No top team should lose a 20-point lead, but a top team will make the comeback and you guys have a top team.

Thank you, Bucki. Ohio State is still a top team, but it feels good to overcome a hurdle. Now, hopefully we can finally beat uga if we face them again in the post season.

This combined with the Oklahoma loss to Michigan all but assures Oklahoma will beat Texas this year.

This actually makes perfect sport sense, unfortunately for OU Mateer is garbage so highly doubtful.

I believe Georgia and Texas are the 2 top teams at the moment. I also think you can win but it will be tough. Good luck the rest of the season.

I have a sneaking suspicion Texas and tOSU play again this season and the stakes will be even higher

I still think Georgia and OSU are the best two teams. Not sure Texas can beat a few of the remaining contenders. Ohio State in a rematch would be one of them.
Bad beat last night, but you guys played a world class first half. That’s how you take it to someone in their own stadium. Y’all ran out of gas in the Texas heat. It happens.

It was a tale of two halves. This game will make both The Ohio State and Texas teams stronger.

That game made me think of one of Coach Neyland's maxims:
"Carry the fight to our opponent and keep it there for 60 minutes."

Ohio State thought they had the game won and made decisions like they did and then couldn't get it done when they needed to. They derped that game. Assumed Texas didn't have it. Texas damn sure did. Best game of the year so far for now

We are getting his last name officially changed to Gardere before we play Texas...
That seems to be a sure way of getting a crappy QB to play like a superstar in the Cotton Bowl.

Serious question. Does it concern you that tOSU has lost 3 of their last 4 games? In hindsight, had Texas not gifted tOSU two turnovers in their first 5 offensive plays it probably have been a multiple score Texas win.

The Texas OL & DL owned OSU the last 20 minutes of the game, it wasn't close (221 yds v 44 yds), and it wasn't luck (scheme, fatigue & conditioning). Credit to OSU; no game stoppage for cramps.
Muschamp changed the defense to man/press coverage on Jeremiah Smith and to have another man in the box, to blitz the QB. The last 21 minutes of the game, Sayin was 2-8-1 for 29 yards, and Smith was targeted 4 times and did not have another catch.
