1,2,3,6,9,10 apparently need even more money, and 4 & 8 must have gotten most of their money 10 years ago

The rankings are bogus. LSU should be given a lot more credit.
Mark 12:44 and all that.

their athletic department top-to-bottom is pretty damn great. Besides basketball they're winning quite a bit across the board.

Isn’t Johnny responsible for like $720M of our donations? Dang that Heisman raised a lot of money.

To be fair, we spent it all on the Stadium. Old Kyle was great with many memories, but it needed to be renovated.

Until NIL, bama's $ went to, ahem, scholarships. As Steve Spurrier was fond of saying, their scholarships were more valuable than the ones other SEC schools could give out.

Awful lot of failure on that list.

Kansas and Louisville surprise me
Nebraska being 42 below even the Mississippi schools is shocking considering their level of fan support

I'm pretty sure he's not in Auburn's top ten.

Bama has a very large fan base. But Auburn alums have more money and when you start going down the list of the wealthiest families in the state, you see decisively more Auburn grads on the list.

I think that guy at Northwestern probably makes the list. Thought he just gave 1/2 billion to 1 billion to his alma mater.
