No one will top Saban for a while.
Once he retires and is no longer a factor in Alabama going on long streaks against LSU, LSU fans will appreciate him for his tenure at LSU as well.
O is good, but he took over a strong program.

I still think O's most impressive coaching feat was holding the 2017 team together after the loss to Troy. That team was ripe for collapse.

Miles had really fallen off toward the end of his LSU tenure. No quarterbacks in the stable, the offensive and defensive lines were falling off, there were more fullbacks than scholarship wide receivers when O took over.

Apples to oranges. The 2005 roster when Miles took over had no holes and was as talented as any in the country. When O took over in 2017, we had holes everywhere due to Miles’ top heavy recruiting and anemic offensive approach. O is doing something special right now and he’s just getting started.

Just like every other team that has either won a national championship or performed at a high level. There is no program that is clean. And certainly not any program that wins consistently.
You're older than dirt, so I know you've heard the old phrase about every time you point a finger you have 3 more pointing back at you. Lsu is dirty too. Dont be so naive.
