bama getting those "they're bama" comments that are keeping them at number 2. You beat a bad LSU team by essentially one point per yard of rushing. It would be great to have a CFP Committee that doesn't use history as part of their ranking criteria.

Cincy has done it themselves, they struggled with Navy, a terrible tulane team, then needed a fumble to secure then win vs tulsa.

They are not top 4 material by their own poor play.

But Bama
But Bama
Just settle down Skippy and allow the process to unfold.

Odds are pretty good that Bama will not be in that 4 when the final 4 is selected.

10 of 11......enjoy your latest win...wait

Last I checked wins weren't decided by how many rushing yards you have. If Oklahoma wins out they are in. Cincy may just have to wait until they join the BIG 12.

Your argument for Oklahoma and Cincinnati getting shafted is that Alabama beat a bad team by a small margin? Yea? That's the criteria we want to go with?

Win by 7 over Navy (2-7)
Win by 8 over Tulsa (3-6)
Win by 5 over Tulane (1-8)
Win by 7 over Nebraska (3-7)
Win by 3 over West Virginia (4-5)
Win by 7 over Texas (4-5)
Win by 12 over Kansas (1-8)

Oregon in at 3 because of one win over Ohio St. is a joke. Ohio St.'s opponents outside of Oregon barely have a combined win % over 40. Oregon lost to Stanford and has been skirting by weaker conference competition, similar to OU and Cincy. This is the best argument for Cincy or OU being in, Oregon being out. It's ridiculous to prop them up for Ohio St.

Alabama's schedule so far this season:

vs Miami W44-13
vs Mercer W48-14
@ Florida W31-29
vs Southern Miss W63-14
vs Ole Miss W42-21
@ Texas A&M L41-38
@ Mississippi State W49-9
vs Tennessee W52-24
vs LSU W20-14

With the same schedule, OU would be about 6-3:

vs Miami W
vs Mercer W
@ Florida Toss-up
vs Southern Miss W
vs Ole Miss L
@ Texas A&M L
@ Mississippi State W
vs Tennessee Toss-up
vs LSU W

And Cincy could realistically be in the 4-5 range with Bama's schedule. Cincy's only real win was over Notre Dame. The next best team they've beaten is Indiana.

Or how about it is frickING Cincinnati and they would be decimated playing a real schedule.

How many times does OU you need to be given a chance to fail, at some point you just have to admit they suck in the big games.

I’d love to see what tRant would think if Bama had OUs resume.

-1 yard away from losing to Tulane at home
-4 quarter fight with Nebraska
-Down 3 scores to a mediocre Texas team
-4 quarter game with fricking Kansas
-1 score game against West Virginia at home
-1 score game against average K State team

The same can be said of Oklahoma, struggling against poor teams.

Most of the SEC West would be undefeated with either team's schedule.

OU is 10000000000% in the playoffs even if they lose a game if they win the Big 12.

Cincy is meh.

Not sure hwy people continue to get riled up every year, every week the rankings come out. It's irrelevant and means nothing until Decmeber 5th, and every year the commitee has gotten it right.

It's so stupid, but it's why they do the dumb show every week. Tip of the cap to them for that I guess.

Neither has played a team worth a damn, and neither has looked impressive against that competition either
