I'm not saying that. But there are people who make the decisions that think that way. We are not a do whatever it takes to win school.

And that is about as crazy we we will ever get.

The shite you jackholes say without an ounce of self-awareness blows my mind.

You honest to God think that yall don't pull the same shite everyone else pulls, that the only reason you didn't hire Saban or Meyers (despite that they would fall all over themselves to get to Austin) is because the people in charge just won't do what other schools will do.

My God how I hate your fan base.

frick I wish we were doing what the others are doing. At least we would have something to show for it.

And if we are doing it, then we suck at it. And need to get the Saban's Meyer's who know how to cheat the right way.

That's what I just said, dumbass

You people suck.

I’m mocking your self-important idea that Saban or Meyers would have jumped at the idea of being in Austin if only your leaders would be willing to do what other universities do.

It’s fricking stupid, and you’re fricking stupid for believing it.

Texas has no right to say anything after you gave what you gave to Arch Manning. The Longhorns are more than willing to pay whatever it takes to win. And so are the rest of the top ten SEC teams

How many playoff appearances do y’all have the last 6 season? They have one. Do y’all?

heard a NIL guy on the radio the other day say that A&M has close to $20 million committed to their 2027 class

All of it is nothing but WAGs for clicks. Answer is the real numbers are in a secure account on an encrypted hard drive that one person, the AD can access.

Doesn't LSU lose all the time to A&M?

Texas had all those years in the southwest conference to hone their skills. You have to be disappointed.

An 11-inch "Gunmetal Grey" dildo, nicknamed "Big Boy", is displayed in a glass case at the University of Texas at Austin to commemorate the Cocks Not Glocks protest.

In addition to regular students, the football team also regularly visits the dildo to pay reverence to it. A&M may not have much of a trophy case, but at least they don't put dildo's in theirs.

The only thing Aggie won in the playoffs was fans to points ratio.

Only 5 more to go! If we do that, I bet 4 of them don’t have asterisks for vacated wins

I can’t wait for the after season articles showing how much was spent for teams to win 7-8 games.

That is my question

I would imagine that a lot of donor who own legit business can sign players up for true NIL deals and then have a tax break/write off as a result for marketing purposes that makes it a lot more palatable. (I know nothing about the realities of this, but something like that would make most sense to me)

As opposed to just making a direct donation to the university foundation (from what I understand, some types are deductible and some are not, depending on where exactly it's going)

I just don’t know how the donors keep up with all of this. Every school has rich donors who are good for a one or two time donation but now they are expected to give every year

It seems to me that at some point boosters are going to start demanding that players commit to their school for more than one year and that they commit to playing in the post season. Otherwise, why even recruit high school players at all? Just fill your roster with juniors & seniors that experience you can judge them by.
