I just assume that OSU is the default leader for anyone that they want in the portal. I hate OSU.

Just curious but why do you think that? They are already paying huge $$$$ to players like RW or KP or TS, they could pay Cam Coleman, but they don't need to do that. They have a stacked WR room with one of the top HS WR recruits already joining the team this Winter/Spring.

Actually I was just pulling a few chains but since this morning I have read that at least one source (and I have no clue who that would be) thinks it’s down to A&M and Alabama, at least in part due to Nix.

Maybe, but Hartline was the WR coach and big time recruiter at OSU. He's gone now. Will that affect people immediately? Who knows?

Moved him to H (slot) because Horton is a pure X and Bernard is a Z like Williams.
Williams clearly hears footsteps after getting laid out in the FSU game. So he's about as useless as male nipples at H. Brooks had been taking his snaps there progressively throughout the year and seems to completely passed him during playoff prep.
However, he's been having drop problems since the Tennessee game last year. He doesn't use his hand consistently and tries to capture the ball with his body. He'd probably be more productive at Z full time and Brooks sticking at H. Won't see that until next year. The catching problem is something I'm hoping an new position coach can get through to him.
