SEC ain't Bluffing....they hold all the cards. No other SEC team has done it and I feel sure no others are in favor of it.
Your only play is to sue the league that you play in to break the rules of that league.....think about that for a minute. What do you think would happen if you sue'd the company you work for because you don't like the rules....they are going to fire you and tell you to go find a new place to work. That's the path you guys are heading down, but your so up LK arse, and that us against world thing your all onboard with it. Again, we're all laughing at you, not with you.

France sent the "Militan" sic to the Natchez area. The passengers were men and women from the Paris area who were debtors or who had no means of financial support. Parts of Alabama and Mississippi were in the "French or Louisiana colonies".
Another group that went to the Natchez area were sent to protect the first group and were subjects of the "Natchez massacre" around 1729 in which the Natchez Natives revolted against the French. The Indian's attack was soon avenged by a bloody attack on the Natchez tribe.
Try being more careful about what you accept for "history" or you may become more deluded than Paul Finebaum.

I seriously think Kiffin is scared to death of having to play Ole Miss in Oxford as his first SEC game as head coach.
Nothing would be more humiliating for a narcissist than getting heckled and mocked while getting your arse beat by the team you said wasn’t good enough to even be on the same field as lsu.

It’s federal law which is ok because there is no federal law giving the Fed courts exclusive jurisdiction on this (which has to be fixed in any law Congress passes on college sports), and the SEC and the NCAA have interests in Louisiana. It’s also 2 ignorant elected judges from Southern law. They will do anything which is the main point - delay. Appeals have to exhaust state courts before Supremes can get involved - more delays. East Baton Rouge has several very dumb and crooked judges who want to get re-elected and are looking for federal appointments after showing expertise on federal law.
I don’t know when these lawsuits were actually filed (have 30 days after served notice), but unless restricted by federal law defendants in a state court suit over federal law where federal courts have original jurisdiction can usually get it moved to a federal court if they want that. All the defendants have to agree. If state law issues if they even exist would be severed in move.
I don’t know if that would initially help that much as the fed judge could issue similar orders, but it would offer a fairer and likely quicker appeal process of any TROs or injunctions (fed judge from Colorado had her TRO stayed). I also don’t know all the procedural issues that could stop a move or limit filling, but if I am the NCAA or the SEC I would want to move this away from these 2 dumb arse local Judges if possible and take my chances with a federal judge.

That was in an area the French called Louisiana at the time but is actually part of present day Mississippi.
