re: Surprise LSU Coach ??

yea Kelly would be a home run for sure.

the only other one I can think of would be Kingsbury....but he's lost a bit of his shine this year.
LOL...gators are complete dog shite....we would pack the stadium for whoever shows up this weekend.

We are 9-1 and playing for a playoff spot...don't get it twisted.
AU and UF have just as big an idiot as the governor meddling in things they dont belong in. thats why they are both coachless agiain. the only difference is they dont hold public office.

Yep...I think he's had so much success at Ole Miss he's pushed the bar too high to take an LSU or FL or Aub job at this point. They would all have to make significate improvements to just be considered a lateral this point. 5 years ago....he'd prob jump at LSU and FL, maybe even AU.
no way tha'ts lateral.....that's a step down.

He'd be crazy to leave what he's got going there in MIzz for that dumpster fire of a program.

If you dont give him a buyout...maybe by then AU will be done paying off the previous 3 coaches they fired.
your spot on...Harrison was a heck of a coach before he went to auburn.

he won almost 69 games in 7 years...thats insanely good. I dont care where you're coaching...you are a damn good coach.

he needs to retire from coaching and work on his health.
It'll have to be some up a comer from a smaller school....thats willing to risk it for the biscuit. Sumerall fits the bill...I could see that.

No one thats at P4 and winning would ever consider going there.

I just saw it on SDS...ouch!
I think he's the first call they make if they strike out on all the big name guys.

Not flashy, but solid...Napier fitting that exact mold is prob the reason they wont go after him in round 1
I didn't really think it was broken before....but now that he's went thru the trouble to read the thread online and tweet about it...I'm more convinced than ever it's broken.
Gainesville is a shite hole...the program is a dumpster fire, the AD is an idiot wo cant make the right move to save his life. My take...unless your a non power 4 coach looking to step up why would anyone go there.

Plus if you making 8-10 million a year you can afford to live as lavish as you want in Missouri. You can win 9-10 games a year and enjoy life.

lol...9 titles.
I'm sure there's alot of really good god fearing people.

But the religion itself is made up by a man that thought he was a prophet who had been given divine inspiration to make up this religion.

as much as I'd like to see it happen, I think there's too much talent and guaranteed recruiting success to not do as good as you were doing.

What's BK done....he lost 4 in 21', 3 in 22', 4 in 24' and was going to lose at least 4 this year...so 4 losses and a basic bowl win is the mark to beat.

Case in point....brag about that one amazing season you had in 2019 with Joe Burrow. But still have dumpster fire of a program who just fired their coach mid season and paid him 53 million dollars.

The way I see it....you guys wanting to hire our coach tells me you'd rather be in our shoes...just saying.

If I pay someone 12 million dollars to be the face of my university, you can bet your butt I'm gonna know every single detail about what your doing on the clock and off.

They are a public figure...they sign away that privacy when they take that job.
That wasn't by chance either...it was a backdoor off the record deal negotiated between TX and SEC.

OU was playing checkers and walked right in with no idea what was going to happen.

Chess vs. Checkers
OU isnt Bob Stoops / Lincoln Riley anymore. Its just plain old OU that hired a DC to be the head coach who is struggling to find his way and learn on the job making 8 mill a year.

The can get back there, but it'll take a better hire than this one.
