It's been stated 42 differnt times....it's a buyout agreement, it's not a non compete, not a rev share, not a pay to play, not a contract forcing anyone to stay.
It's very simple...if you want to transfer out, you have to pay the contract fee to break the contract you willingly signed.
Coaches have them....they are just usually paid for my the school that hires away the new coach.

We've seen Vandy get the QB and OC and turn that thing around quickly. Same for OU....with the exception of a couple bad games Mateer played hurt.
My pick is Aub...I would think...keeping the DC, and bring in the QB and OC will pay huge dividends.

he will lose at the very least 1 game he shouldn't lose a year. then he will lose the games he's supposed to lose....so book on 2 loses in his best years.
Our playoff team last year would have lost to the worst team in the SEC..Arky...had they not fumbled the ball. They were already in field goal range to kick the game winner.
Year before we lost to Kentucky...giving them maybe their only SEC win of the year.

We did exactly what should be done. F the NCAA...these kids are employees of the school not college athletes anymore. We pay them we make the calls...not the NCAA.
If kids don't even have to go to class anymore..Im pretty sure we've outgrown anything that was ever in place.
