Well I got my yearly check up recently. I had a vitamin D deficiency and got some pills for that. Other than that nothing wrong to report. I have a bad back from high school football injuries. I've had shingles which sucked arse. I've had all the regular vaccines and I get my flu shot each year. What else you need?
