Knowing LSU, I’d say both
Absolutely. shite the bed in years 1 and 2 then win a natty in year 3. Let's get weird.

Worse case, Kelly will help fix and help bring back the status of the program. Even if it is for the next guy to make bigger strides. Think he is a horrible fit longterm for LSU but he does fill a huge gap in the program rt now. Just glad for everyone else that he is a lazy recruiter and learning the SEC ropes there. He certainly has some growing pains but is a solid and proven game coach.

I can't take you seriously.

I think he’s going to win 7 or more games next year. After that, 8-9 or more every year. Hopefully we get a natty out of it one year. A natty in 3 years is obviously unlikely, not impossible, but the odds heavily go against that.
So my opinion, he neither shits the bed or wins a natty.

It's cute that you think MSU under NCAA probation is the same as ND. The afterthought program in the state of Michigan is the same as one of the most storied programs in the history of college football. You are just adorable.

Notre Dame isn't the elite program that it used to be.
They haven't won a major bowl since 1994, that's a problem that extends far past Kelly's tenure.
That gulf has only widened with the college football money wars taking place in the Southeast.

Just because ND wasn’t what it used to be at that point doesn’t mean they had sunk to the level of a little brother program in the state of Michigan that was under NCAA probation. What Saban walked into at MSU was much worse than what Kelly walked into at ND. To think otherwise is delusional.

All you will get with Brian Kelly is constant bitching, moaning and whining. Kelly will be dominated by Alabama, Arkansas and Ole Miss.
