Appreciate you providing your thoughts

Personally, I find all of this fascinating

Regardless of how it ultimately plays out, it has been extremely interesting and will make for a fun hypothetical on future law school exams

Yeah Louisiana is the kind of state that would rather be good in football a poor in state

Better than Mississippi being a poor state with below average football.

Oh as a lawyer I find it very fascinating. A lot of it is outside my practice area but it’s definitely interesting to follow. I just wish it didn’t involve my school

Your shite’s going to get vacated anyways and now you won’t get your typical favorable treatment by the refs. Knowing you worthless Cajuns you’ll probably try to sue to overturn every loss you take though

The SEC filed it's suit in Federal court in Northern Alabama.

This podunk judge means nothing.

As I see it, the Federal lawsuit's allegations are completely different from the allegations in the State suit. The Feds are alleging that LSU/Kiffen /, LSU BOS, etc conspired to induce college players to join the lawsuit. Though I admit I have not read the entire Federal suit.

The irony that it is in Alabama, the state of the first university in the SEC to play a pro player in college A pro player that had eligibility left and was a pro for multiple years

Where it was overturned and he had to stop playing?

It was also a local rather than federal court and was filed on different grounds than the federal case.

It means they are able to suspend Kiffin and fine LSU and you retards will be able to do nothing but wait for the outcome of the federal case. Your athletic program goes bankrupt in that scenario. I want you to play these players. Go full retard

Federal Court > LSU Judge

I expect federal Court to make a ruling quickly. It would be bold to play the guys this weekend.

In the end sec will win in federal court that all members must comply with bylaws of conference. Precedent set in Big 12 ruling. Federal courts override state court decision and SEC will have grounds to penalize LSU for not following those rules. In the end that’s what will happen.

Exactly.

It’s insane to me that they’re continuing to push this when this is the end game and has been since the Sorseby case was done earlier this year
