Oh, it is absolutely terrible, but if this is the rules they want to play by then you damn sure better use them, because others will if you don't.

HC is the OC there and a good one. Sloan may get a play sheet to call off of, but he isn't installing the offense or getting autonomy to run it.

He's a pretty good QB coach and great in the film room. He's a bad OC, but they don't need a good OC, they have their HC.
