Booting LSU would bring about legal Armageddon.

There has been plenty of litigation of late, no doubt. But if the SEC were to boot LSU, you would see the litigation equivalent of nuclear war. It would go on for years, and there would be lots of damage left in its wake. It might kill the major conferences and end college football as we know it.

I say this not as an LSU homer but as a lawyer who sees the myriad ways LSU and the SEC can tie themselves up in court for years, costing millions of dollars and triggering Congress to kill the goose laying the golden eggs. Personally, I hope I can get in on some of the action. I like money.

Cool. More millions for LSU to spend right now when they have no money.

This is what happens when ambulance chasing bill board attorneys run a state. Gordon Mck and Bart arent coming in and doing shite in court. Tony Clayton isnt getting his way outside of BR parish. The buck likely stops here man

Funny, because that's exactly why the SEC is taking action in the first place. LSU did this to themselves.

The SEC is embarrassing themselves.

I don’t think anything is coming from this, but leaving such a group that conducts themselves in this manner won’t be the worst thing. It’s a clown show from top to bottom.

Can’t we just play football and talk shite to each other without all this nonsense?

you don't understand what the OP is talking about.
not LSU vs SEC Armageddon

the networks, espn, along with dozens of other entities have contracs with SEC. Booting LSU changes the value of SEC, all the agreements, contracts, are affected.
SEC would be fighting in court on 25 fronts

You hired a dumbass clown who got your university sued in federal court before he ever even coached a single game.

Why do you want to stay? You already said Sankey has us behind the B1G. They'd probably take you.

If I were in a club with 16 people and 15 didn't like me, I'd probably just leave.
