Absolutely atrocious that your schools spent over $40 million for your rosters and each one of you lost.
LSU = $47 million for 2 losses. Over $15 million for your coach.
A&M = Over $45 million for 3 losses, LOL. The most expensive 3 loss school in college football history. Atrocious.
Texas = Over $50 million just for Arch to throw 2 picks against unranked Oklahoma, LOL. OU absolutely deflated Texas in so many ways.

Would love to see the arms race collapse

OU being up after needing all four quarters for New Mexico is great.
If you're ever wondering why everyone in the SEC hates your addition, this would be why.
At least Mizzou fans are funny

A&M. Nobody burns money like we do

Is this factoring in that thing LSU did with the private equity group?

Big words coming from the school who was almost kicked out of the SEC.

Question is how long will the high dollar folks spend 30 million for 8-4 and 9-3 teams?

Money over chemistry and retention seems to be failing.
Glad UGA has taken the high road

Spending over $45 million per year for a football roster doesn't seem sustainable long term.

A&M has to quit overpaying their farm equipment

Funny that an OU fan starts this thread. In BV's first year y'all had a losing record and dropped NIL bags like crazy to buy kids, who had offers from significantly better programs and you had no business getting given the 6-7 season.

Arch did come back and get it tied late in the 4th. I think the Texas defense and their critical penalties were as bad as Arch's mistakes. The two offsides calls. The pass interference on the ball to Setegna in the end zone. Huge blunders. But to your point, for that kind of money, you can't make those mistakes.

It is what it is. As long as certain men with massive egos and even larger financial assets want to have something to brag to their counterparts over a round of golf…
This is the playground of the rich.

I was just about to post this thread.
LINK
The top 3 are Texas, LSU, and Ole Piss.
The bottom 3 are USC, UK, and clanga.
Bama is 6
UGA is 7
OU is 8
Barn is 9
I am not sure there is a meaningful correlation to NIL spend. It helps but it’s just one part of a bigger picture.
I hope legislation is passed soon that caps roster spend, just to protect us from ourselves if nothing else.

This is how we all know you dont know football.
Again for the moderate to severely retarded people, money doesnt mean wins. Smdh.
Money fills a roster. Also for you rocket scientists, just because you are a top five at your position in the portal doesnt mean your "good". You frickers are wild.
