Worst. Whichever Coach O year when Arky and McFadden came to town and beat us like 42-0 or some stupid shite. Absolutely fricking laughably miserable.

Best- Easy. Bama last year. But I've seen some damn good OM game in person. At the Swamp for 31-30. In tiger stadium when we beat LSU with Nutt. At Cotton Bowl against TT. LSU game when they tried spiking the ball with no time left. And LSU 2 years ago.

Best: Either '09 or '11 Alabama-LSU.
Worst: '07 La. Monroe

I hope we put up 50 on them this year.

2013 Iron Bowl was the greatest game experience ever. Atmosphere was amazing, the fourth quarter was intense and the ending was arguably the best in sports history.
2012 aTm game was the worst experience ever. It wasnt losing the game, it was how we lost. The entire team played the game from start to finish just going through the motions. No heart, no effort, no give a frick. Just a bunch of quittermen. frick that team

I'm not counting '98 Florida and Arkansas wins... Those will live in infamy. Aside from those two:

Best (Tie):

2002 Tennessee-Arkansas (6 OT) ... Hometown boy Jason Witten from Casey Clausen for the win. Then Witten hugs his mama in the family section. Story wrote itself. Long arse game. Didn't have much time to hit the bar up after.

2004 ... Vols upset No. 3 Georgia in Athens. ... My first trip to Athens was memorable to say the least. Freshman Erik Ainge, after crapping the bed against Auburn, showed up. Typical Tennessee-Fulmer-Chavis story... Look dazed and confused one week, world beaters the next.

The '09 Halloween black jersey win over South Carolina ... Vols came out and warmed up in the orange jerseys then changed in the locker rooms prior to kickoff. Kiffin special. Loudest I'd heard Neyland probably since Wilhoit beat Florida a few years before that. Had me drinking the Kiffin koolaid big time. What a difference three months make.

Worst: Fulmer Wyoming debacle ... Epic shite show.

The Alabama game in his final season was probably equally as bad. Half the stadium was seemingly in maroon and singing Rammer Jammer to an empty Neyland.

I'm surprised you'd say that, though they both were really good games. '12 was our welcome-to-the-SEC moment when leaving the stadium. A classmate and I looked at each other at the same moment and the conversation went like:
"You know..."
"Yeah, I know."
"If we were in Lubbock..."
"Yep."
And there was no need to say anything else. Instead of being threatened we had students come up to us and thank us for coming. That was completely unexpected. I wasn't at the 2014 game but I sincerely hope Ole Miss folks were treated as well as we were.

-Best, LSU vs Ole Piss 2014
Loudest game I have ever been to, went to college gameday that morning, toured the stadium before the game, and spent the entire day at LSU. Best pregame, best gametime, and best postgame atmosphere I've been apart of at LSU, plus storming the field after.

-Worst, LSU vs Florida 2009
The atmosphere leading up to that game was pretty exciting and the players meeting up at midfield before the game got us amped up but then the Florida defense destroyed our offense and it was a horrible feeling after...

Best is 06 Cal. UT was coming off our first (of too many) subpar seasons in recent memory, and Cal was all the hype coming into the game. We spent all offseason hearing all about how Cal was a dark horse for the natty and should take care of UT on the road to start the season. UT led 35-0 by the middle of the 3rd quarter. Our offense hit big play after big play, and Cal was shut out until we put our third and fourth stringers in once the arse whipping was complete enough.
Other candidates: 09 UGA, 07 Arkansas, 13 SC, 14 Taxslayer bowl vs Iowa

Worst would have to be 12 Florida... this was the game when I knew beyond any reasonable doubt that Derek Dooley was a shite coach. There was so much hope and hype for that team at that point in the year, and after leading at halftime, the last 20 minutes were a total meltdown and a sign of things to come. We let a bad Florida offense burn the hell out of us while losing any offensive pulse we previously had. ONLY game I've ever left early.
Other candidates: 12 Mizzou, 05 and 13 Vandy, 10 Music City bowl vs NC

Best & worst is all in 1 game for me. 2003 LSU game in Oxford. The crowd was insane and if we win that we are 8-0 and going to ATL. That game hurt to lose so much, but it a great game.

Plenty of worst as a Gamecock fan, but to say one not already mentioned I'll go with '12 @UF.

At one point the Gators had 21 points and only 18 yards of offense in the first half.

I'll stick to 2012-2014 SEC experience only.

Best - 2014 beating the piglets to repeat in the East. Honorable mention(s)...beating tenny in 2012 that helped a terrible first year. And 2013 beating aTm to capture the East.

Worst - the 2014 stomping by UGA. Honorable mention...frickin' Indy game.

Best UA-UGA Jay Barkers Sr year. Back and forth UGA scores late to go ahead, Bama gets the ball back and goes down the field for the winning points.

Worst UA-Southern Miss. Bryants' last loss in BDS. Southern ran over, under and around Bama all day.
Worst#2 UA-UF Bryants; first loss in BDS. Bama a big favorite. Bama "beat them self ". 10-6 I think, My mother took me to that game and I remember talking about how much we would win by.
