Do you really expect mature people to give you even a thought when you so blatantly LIE?

He was born in Arkansas.

He was a fan of Bama and mentioned some of his friends did go to Fayetteville. However he said he was headed to Tuscaloosa. Bama was a powerhouse during this time as well so the decision was easy for Bryant.
Arkansas in those early years wasn't good at football and the fan support was weak. So it took then AD John Barnhill decades for him to rally support for Arkansas.
Fan support was slowly growing but they simply lack a good coach.
That came when Bowden Wyatt took over and in his second season led Arkansas to a SWC title and a top 10 finish for the very first tom
Known as the 25 pigs as it was all the players they had.
He left for Tennessee but the fans were hungry and demanded more. So four years later Frank Broyles was hired and the rest was history.

I don't blame you for waking up at night in a cold-sweat, dreaming about what Alabama has done to you LSU clowns! It would fill me with hate, too!

Coach Bryant's funeral.
Members of the 1982 football team carry the casket of Alabama football coach Paul "Bear" Bryant from the Tuscaloosa First Methodist Church in Tuscaloosa, Ala., Friday, Jan. 29, 1983.
Joe Namath, Bud Wilkenson, Woody Hayes, Mel Allen were a few who attended.
Funeral possession from Tuscaloosa to Birmingham on I-59. People lined the overpasses and the cemetery.
Elmwood Cemetery pictures during graveside services.
His grave at Elmwood Cemetery, Birmingham, Alabama.

Bear Bryant never played for Wallace Wade. Coach Thomas was his coach & he played on the 1934 National Championship & SEC Championship team that beat Stanford in the Rose bowl. The team was 10-0; 7-0 SEC. #12 in the back row.
National Champions
Bryant and other team members on the way to the Rose Bowl by train.
Bryant was "the other end" to Don Hutson.
Mowing Denny Field was Paul Bryant's summer job.
Looks like he hated Alabama so much that after he left college, he was an assistant coach for Coach Frank Thomas 1936-1940.

Harry I think the only bit of Coach Bryant buried in Arkansas was a little toe and a left nut.
That is all…
