Highly recommend a top notch Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for the procedure if you want it done right.
You sure you aren't thinking of a prosthodontist? I would not go to an oral surgeon for veneers

Food is always good. When pops died someone brought us a couple of frozen dinner from a local place here in town. Those were nice b/c we still had something easy to cook and eat a couple of weeks later.

Lovebugs can get pretty damn annoying. I would nominate the deer fly over the horse fly. Pretty sure deer flies carry a damn switchblade over something.

I ordered a new laptop, but realized a couple of days later I wanted the OLED screen, like $150 upgrade. I asked them to add it and they said no problem, but they would have to cancel my order and reorder it with upgrade. No problem I thought until they told me the new price would be $1200 more expensive. Screw that.

Yeah, wasn't trying to sound snarky. They look like that from the inside b/c you can't see that side. The side facing outwards has deep grooves cut b/t the teeth to make them look natural. Inside is left smooth for ease of cleaning and to leave more material making them stronger.

We have a Brother INKvestment MFP in the office that has performed well. I've been satisfied with it.
re: Does anyone have Starlink?
Posted by SaltyMcKracker on 4/24/25 at 8:08 am
I have it and I love it, but there are some limitations. It never get slow, but it does get congested at time affecting your speed. Rain fade can also be an issue. Fiber/cable will almost always beat it. If you have DSL, SL beats it all day long. Unless your Cox service is like xfinity here and the internet drops out for a few minutes several times a day, I would probably stick with them. If you are looking to also use it at a camp or RV, yeah SL is awesome.

Have had 1000's of hours experience on JD and Massey, but only 100hp and up. JD has had a lot of electrical issues, but the 6000 series are made in Germany but the smaller USA made models may not have these issues. I have ran my cousins Kubota, very impressed by it. I didn't like the foot lever controls at first, but after a couple of hours I told my wife we'd be getting one soon.
re: Recs on a good Wifi booster equipment/setup
Posted by SaltyMcKracker on 4/22/25 at 8:16 am
Wired connections are king but a nice mesh set up would be easiest. I have an Orbi setup that works well for me, others have suggested other systems that also work well. I have put a Deco system at my grandmothers house, it aint the fastest but it was stupid cheap, might be worth shot to see if it would work before spending big money.

Am curious if I could just travel with it though and use WiFi anywhere there’s cell towers in range
No, unfortunately the device will only work with the towers closest to your home. It would probably work at you neighbor's house, but not at the deer camp.

Yeah I can't deal with that, and I'l only play a pack with a gravestone mod. I may fall into a lava lake in the nether but with a shite ton of gravel and patince I can at least get my stuff back. Last time I played there the world gen had weird revines all over open to the overworld, hopefully they've sorted that out.
