And how exactly would Georgia agreeing to a 9 game conference schedule change Baylor's scheduling?

I can sympathize. It's why I quit betting on Thursday and Friday games. Looks like Baylor has it together now though at least.

ETA: Just kidding. Buffalo still plowing through that powerhouse defense.

Since teams like Georgia refuse to expand to 9 conference games, they are the reason A&M plays nonconference games against Rice, Lamar, SMU, and Louisiana Monroe?

Georgia is to blame for your nonconference schedule?

I knew Richt got blamed for everything on the rant, but I didn't think anyone took it seriously.

Isn't your defense supposed to improve over the course of the season?

0 vs. SMU
6 vs. Northwestern State

Pretty much the same team that got destroyed by OSU. yes OSU minus Seastrunk. Yea OU plasters them and then also lose to an ranked Texas tech later on in the season

No. Back when Arky was decent and we were a middling Big 12 team we locked in a ten year contract with the pigs. Then Colorado and Nebraska left the Big 12, so we had a 9 game conference schedule, with Arky being one of our three OOC games. Then we left the Big 12. We dropped conference a non-conference power 5 opponent that we locked in a 10 year deal with... Because it became a conference game. So we magically had to fill two games. We also were simultaneously locked in to a 4 year home and home with SMU, who when we signed the contract with was on the rise. So all of the sudden, since most series against majors are locked in five years ahead, we've played also rans. Deal with it.

How hard did the Ags push to fill that schedule with a good team? Bama and LSU have no problem finding solid opening game opponents with relatively short notice.

Not very hard we needed to pay a bunch of Big 12 exit fees and we wanted the extra gate.

Fawxie, this thread makes as much sense as you blaming Jennifer Lawrence whenever you get caught masturbating because she wouldn't sleep with you.

Baylor will go a very good 10-2. They aren't great but pretty darn good. Just not enough depth to compete with an SEC schedule.

They do have beast Shawn Oakman at DE. 6'9" tall and 280 pounds with shredded abs. Looks like Jevon Kearse.

We got blacklisted by Big 12 which cut local options. Unlike y'all going in playing an OOC game in the Georgia or Super Domes isn't an option.

I wish we would do much with Big 10 teams. All the sizzle and none of the steak.

Even if BU does somehow go undefeated there is achance they miss the playoffs if say OU, OSU, & KSU all have 3ish losses. That would likely leave zero top 20 wins. 1 loss teams from SEC and I guess Pac should leap them easily.
