Missouri has had a total paid attendance of 21,866 in their 26 home games this year. For reference, LSU, Ole Miss, and Arkansas exceed that every weekend. LSU does in 2 games, on average. I don't care how much they may say Missouri is an MLB state, that is pathetic for a P5 school. It would take a minimal marketing effort to get them to 1500-2000 a game

UF is addressing our facilities which was long overdue, the baseball, softball fields cant be completed soon enough. Mizzou has a nice facility but I guess everyone is a Cardinal fan there?

The one that surprises me is UT.

That it's that high or that low?

I'd have to disagree with you there. It's arguably the worst in the conference

It really is amazing that we are 5 in the conference with half a stadium and how shitty we’ve been
That's because you guys count tickets sold and not actual attendance.
....or does that narrative only work one way?

The numbers used in the OP are paid attendance, so we're all on equal footing here. And fwiw, State averaged about 3k more per game last season, so obviously their record and construction have had a pretty substantial effect on their numbers.

no shite. Thank you for "fan-splaining" that to me.
Any school not using paid attendance as the measure is stupid.

When do the gators get their new stadium? That is supposed to change everything. Sad for such a successful baseball program.

and another year goes by that we hear the cowbells claim they have the biggest and bestest park in the SEC.
10776... and we not exactly good this season.

In Missouri for Baseball:
St Louis draws 40,000 a game
Royals right now 19,000 a game
Springfield Cardinals (Cards minor league team) draws 6,500 a game
So yeah, comparatively a college baseball game isn’t a big draw in the state and it never will be.

Here's the problem with Mizzou fans whining about baseball attendance being unimportant: Mizzou was 13th of 14 in football attendance. Congrats, y'all beat Vanderbilt! Yay?

Amazing how people leave out the entire west side of Mo where the Royals reside.
