Yeah, I'm disappointed. This season has kinda sucked TBH. But I still think he's the dude to get it done here. He has flaws, needs to figure out the offense. But he's in his early 40's learning on the fly as a (almost) first time HC in literally the toughest conference you can imagine.
I'm frustrated, I'm sure y'all are too. But losing Drink would be a massive step back for this program. Reading a lot of doom and gloom right now across all the Mizzou websites right now, and I get it. But feel like we need to keep perspective as a fanbase.
Drink isn't taking another job, nor do we want him to. We keep on grinding forward.

Drink's defenses and run games have been great since he's been here. Unfortunately, modern day football requires an above average passing game and that's never been the case with Drink.

I'm actually OK with our defense. Yeah it can always be better, but when I looked yesterday we were actually leading the SEC in YPG from an air yards perspective.
Drink will be fine if he finds a competent OC.
But he's definitely replaceable if he wants to leave.
