No deep sea fishing or beach excursions? REC having money problems?

Pffffft

That's just the basic starting package, even walk-ons get it.

Deep sea fishing, vacays, excursions, premium sorority fobs...these such things are incentive-based. Think of it as our version of letterman jackets.

At least it did not happen in a car after midnight in a closed city park. Though am wondering if it was Cam's gun?

If I owned a bar in Tuscaloosa, which of these stories about a shooting at my bar would I prefer to promote:

A. An innocent bystander, who happens to be an Alabama starter, was shot at my bar because it is a dangerous place full of armed thugs...

or....

B. The so called "victim" of the shooting accidentally shot himself. My bar is very safe and this was an anomaly that will likely never happen again. Nothing to see here....

I'd bet a lot of money Raekwon Davis doesn't have a concealed carry permit

Completely irrelevant to what I said.

quote:

most bars aren't going to allow you to carry one in their establishment.

Most bars won't know you have one. Hence CONCEALED carry

quote:

Additionally, if this is in a shoddy part of town as others have alluded to, you'd think the bar owner would be taking preventative measures with his security. For instance, I have a concealed carry permit. It is not unlawful for me to carry a concealed firearm on my person. However, Beale Street in Memphis does not allow weapons on Beale Street and they frisk/wand you to gain entry after dark.

This is Tuscaloosa we're talking about. A shitty bar in Tuscaloosa. The shitty bars don't make money if they're too tight with security.

quote:

The owner thinks it makes him look better that a guy shot himself in his club than being a victim of a drive-by shooting

HOW DO YOU NOT THINK THIS IS TRUE????

quote:

So either he has terrible security at his own business or his business is in a shitty part of town.

Both are probably true

quote:

Neither makes him look better.

Almost any option is better than a drive-by shooting

I don't know why knowing other people have guns scares people. They're literally all around you everyday and you don't even notice.

Does he have air conditioning?

If not, he is innocent of all potential crimes.

Something I just realized, Cam Robinson got off because he didn't have air conditioning.

Hand got busted because he turned his car on for air conditioning

It all comes full circle

I'm not sure you can just carry a gun, in public, in any State without a permit. Some States, like Florida, allow you to keep one in your vehicle without a permit.

You can open carry in Alabama without a permit, however, you must have conceal carry permit to carry a handgun in a vehicle.

ETA: A bill passed the state senate back in April to make it legal to conceal carry in Alabama without a permit, but the bill then died in the state HoR.

maybe before suggesting jail time, one might find out which felony he committed. I'm pretty sure being stupid is not a crime in Auburn.

Burress got jail time because he was carrying a concealed weapon in NYC. Do you even gun control?

among a few other related charges. Dont bring guns to the city, the DA will frick you and then the inmates will frick you at rikers.

I'd imagine if true RD gets discharging a firearm in a few different charges as well as some sort gun charge for carrying. He will get probation or youthful offender

No permit required in GA to openly carry, only if concealed. However, certain privately owned establishments do ban all weapons, e.g. Buffalo Wild Wings.
