That is not what that is about….at all.
The Talmud, although revered, is not a holy book. It is the recorded interpretations of the law as discussed by rabbis for over 1000 years.
All aspects of human behavior are discussed, the good, the mistaken and the horrific. This particular discussion is about dowry’s(already dating it a bit,huh?) and their relative worth.
Never is sex with children condoned or allowed. The discussion is about the condition of the victims and how they are to be treated if such crimes and acts are committed.
They don’t espouse any of that shite. They define the status of the victim of such an assault.

I would hope that taking ancient texts out of context can rapidly lead to the exact misinformation you are spreading. I just ask that perhaps seek another definition or two before drawing your full conclusion.

I’m old, so I just listen to the radio broadcast like I did as a kid listening to the Pirates out of Pittsburgh after about 8:30 or the Cardinals from St. Louis after 7:30.
Kind of takes me back to seeing it in my head.
