An incredible argument. Claiming home field advantage in a conference like the SEC is something that isn’t that big of a deal lmao. Because all those strange games in Jordan Hare when Bama had a clearly superior team but somehow lost had zero to do with home field advantage. Incredible.

OSU won a national title with a 3rd string QB. It’s called depth. It’s a part of the game. OSU doesn’t get a pass because it’s your team. If anything, they are one of a handful of schools who have the pedigree to have the depth to win championships despite injuries. No one else gets to use this excuse when their team sustains injuries. Your team doesn’t get a magic pass.

It actually wasn’t clear bc you played 6 regular season games. The only thing clear was that OSU had the least impressive resume of any national championship participant in the history of the sport.
