1. UGA has not played an offense this good all season
2. Before any of you point to the Auburn game, we have struggled with blocking with loud crowds all year. That will not be an issue Saturday.
3. Bama’s defense is going to force turnovers from Bennett. He will be benched before the end of the game.
4. Leg tat will get UGA back in the game in the 2nd half.
5. Young will solidify the Heisman Saturday night.
6. If I’m wrong I’ll come back and eat crow.

No need for crow.

Just appreciate how thoroughly you guys get stomped into submission.

we all know that alabama is capable of winning. we also know the kirbs is capable of getting outcoached and snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. he's done it twice already.

but albama's oline should not be able to protect bryce and that will be the difference. it should be a real physical fight into the 3rd quarter. i just expect Georgia to make more plays.

If you think UGA is going to shut down bamas offense you haven’t watch Bama play. Stop looking at box scores and look at matchups.

Based on points scored, neither has Bama.

In fact UGA has the best offense and defense Bama has faced and vice versa.

Yea, we're not exactly a consistent juggernaut. At all.

It actually will

Both possible

I've got some bad news for you. MBS is going to be loud as shite when Bama has the ball.

Agreed - this will definitely be the best offense we've played since Ole Miss, and possible best all year

Clemson is probably better than us on defense, but yea pretty close.

SOG do you really think 38k UGA fans can be loud enough to make us go to a silent count?

No you won't

I can see it now...

"Bryce Young drops back, side steps the rusher, buys time with a roll out to the left and fires a strike down field for Metchie..... IT'S GOING TO BE CAUGHT!

Alabama inches closer to Georgia with the score now 17-45 with 5 left to play in the game."

Considering I've been to the last 2 Alabama/UGA games inside MBS and know what it sounds like? Yea, it's gonna be loud as fvck.

I'm also not convinced that crowd noise is the issue with the OL considering their struggles against LSU at home. It doesn't help, but it's only a very small piece of the puzzle.

I wouldn't be shocked if we win, but I'd be shocked if we won by two scores.

It all boils down to whether or not we can block/counter their front 7 pressure. If we can, we will have a real chance. If we can't then it could get ugly.

On defense, if we can contain Bowers, then we will have a real shot at shutting their offense down enough to win.

And I agree with George. I was at the last two SECCGs against UGA, and they made significant noise. That will be the case on Saturday as well.

Very fair assessment. This is a possible outcome. The oline has only struggled to protect Bryce when we have dealt with crowd noise, though. Check the tape.
