Is this accurate? is he more or less out? He looks like a Mac Truck running the ball. I haven't seen his throw the ball much, though.
He legitimately tweaked his hammy. Little to no play is just my guess though.
In typical Mullen fashion, he's been a stubborn arse on playing him over Emory the 1st 2 games (despite Emory looking terrible and Richardson looking amazing).
For example, in the USF game Richardson drove us down inside USF's 10 yard line with an incredible long pass but his helmet came off on that play. Emory's confidence was shot by this point and he was playing awful. Mullen refused to let Richardson finish the drive and let Emory throw 3 awful passes and we turned the ball over on downs lol. I've never been more upset at a UF coach at any given moment.
So given situations like that, I feel pretty confident saying we'll see even less of a Richardson that's not 100%. That's my assessment anyway.

you sure that wasn't against FAU?

pretty sure Emory threw an interception on the very next play after richardson losing his helmet. again, that FAU game.

Thank you. You really need him. Jones looks awful.

I'm definitely talking about the USF game. It was where he rolled out of the pocket and threw a long dime to Copeland as he was about to get crushed by multiple USF players. Mullen wouldn't put him back in after the mandatory 1 play sit out and Emory turned it over on downs.
You're right a similar situation happened against FAU though I think. He lost his helmet and Emory had to replace him. Don't remember if Mullen put him back in on that drive though. Probably not lol.

Bama - 45
Gators - 17
Think this is the game Trey Sanders breaks out, they have been easing him back in and I think he and McClellan bring a little more pop to the offense.

Depends if Emory has to play the entire game.
If so, Bama 31-7 including a pick six.
If AR can play, 31-21, where Emory still throws a pick six.
Outside of QB play, our secondary is just too young and hasn’t looked that great. The Swamp will be rocking and should help our defense keep it close for the first 3 quarters.

i'd like to think Florida is due for a bigtime win in the swamp but i just don't see it. the last big win was maybe against LSU in 2018...? other than that they've been so-so.

I don't think the average fans has any idea just how bad our db's are in coverage.

Actually fans aren’t sold on this team yet. They just haven’t come together. Then you lose both starting OLB who were phenomenal 1st TD picks likely and you have some doubts on how gods of a team are they. Talented no doubt but they’re not in rhythm yet.

This thread is full of rat poison

This just seems like one of those games where weird shite happens. Florida will field a defense, and how much pressure has Alabama’s quarterback really faced at this point? Injuries are piling up on the bama side too. I think it’s closer.

Home field seems to be a big factor in games so far this year. (Except for OSU).

Florida’s front can’t match up.. they get some shots though.. I just don’t see how UFs D can slow down Bama.
I’ll say that UF will score half as much as their 2 game avg.. 38.5 ; so we’ll go 20..
And they will give up double the avg of 17, so 34.
Plus a special teams/ Defensive score.
41-20. RTR

Bama pulls away in the 2nd half.
34-17 Bama.
Just me but Bama prolly has close to 28 in 1st half...
I got Bama 42-16.
FWIW, they'd prolly beat UGA by 14-17 this week too.

Hope you’re right but the Gators have a stout DL & our OL is still a work in progress, especially the right side. It may be tough sledding for our ground game (jmho)

You guys are still thinking of our offenses from the last 3 years. This group, at least now (and probably not ever) is not those groups. We aren't a disaster or anything, but we're not anywhere near the explosive, guys running free wide open all over the field groups of the last 3 seasons.

I'm not sure we'd score 17 against UGA this week, to be honest (though I'm not sure you'd score 17 against us either

Our DL has all the pieces this year and we've been impressive at getting pressure on the QB. We've been a bit disappointing in the run game thus far though. We have 3 really solid grad transfer DTs so I'm not quite sure our interior has gelled yet.
But just based on our 1st 2 games I doubt we'll be able to stuff your run entirely.

If Alabama is focused, and I think they will be, this game will be decided by the start of the fourth quarter and the stadium will be going empty.
Gimme' the Tide ... 38-13.
