Auburn is legit up front on both sides of the ball. These teams are very similar in how they depend on the run, but are capable of passing as well.

Penn State will not be able to run on Auburn. Auburn won’t be able to early, but will wear them down late 3rd quarter and the SEC talent will be too much.

Just thought I'd get it out of the way before the other Bama fans get in here.

We're going to learn the deal on Bo this Saturday night. If he plays at a high level (not elite) then AU wins. If he is still into making a hero play over and over the white out team wins.

..because of Auburn's superior depth?

I think you are underselling it. I think it will be closer to 20.

B1G is weak.

This is a Penn State team that is stacked with future NFL talent. This game, like most Penn State games, will come down to what version of Sean Clifford shows up.

If Auburn can bring the pass rush, they'll have a very good chance of winning. I don't think there will be a ton of points in this one.

Very true. I remember Nix, Tank, Pappoe and of course Smoke Monday from last year. That's it. Couldn't name one offensive lineman. How is the Oline for Auburn this year?

I agree. I've always thought that this year's Auburn team will turn out to be at least "pretty good" and will be better than most people think. There's just something about when no one thinks Auburn will be good that makes them good, especially when they have a coach in his first or second season (see Chizik and Malzahn).

It happens because there is talent on the roster and they just need a breath of fresh air, a new coach to get their asses going. Our problem is our coaches do well early and then just seem to coast or fall off after that. Can't sustain. We are a roller coaster. Harsin is probably in heaven coaching the talent he gets to coach now.
