Kiffin bailing on another team after one season would be the most Lane Kiffin thing ever

Yup.

And he probably parlays the interview into getting a Gus amount of money guaranteed from either Auburn or Ole Miss. Whichever school is insecure enough to pay the extortion.

This is how the likes of Houston Nutt, Ed Orgeron and Gus Malzahn became fabulously overpaid.

Kiffin is not part of the Auburn family. He fails the entrance exam in this case.

Auburn is no even going to interview Kiffin. Others on the list would be more highly desired.

Do not believe Kiffin is interested. Only if it gets him a raise.

Perhaps those Barn money folks should have called Sankey 1st about whether Hugh could get a get back in the SEC card.

No way

Dan Quinn sucks. He's the classic good DC/lousy HC type.

Nobody is going to cry tears of sadness over Auburn overpaying for a guy who got fired at Florida International and who has only had one 10 win season in 8 full seasons of coaching.

Nobody with a brain would take that job unless they are ready to get a huge check in about 5-8 years and retire.....
