Blowing a 20 point halftime lead to lose by 6 is tough.

Edit due to spellcheck. Ha.

It's getting better.

Even though Auburn has bigger fish to fry and it isn't anything to brag about, how'd they do against Alabama?

Are you retarded? We suck with a big lead but this beats the hell out of having an RPI in the 250's like we did under Barbee.

I'm gonna need you to phrase that differently. You're gonna get my depression acting up.

It's frustrating but in 3 years we have come miles. This team could have even better record if they knew how to finish. Disappointing loss tonight for sure and Pearl deserves heat but AU bball is clearly improving

We are an up and down team.

Mediocre like much of the league.

Talent is there. Will take time to develop.

NIT this year.

Auburn has its first winning record in 7 years. Pretty sure it is working out

Auburn also has one of the youngest teams in the league. Give Pearl 2 more years before judging him at Auburn.

If you've not tried it, his barbecue is outstanding. Two thumbs up.

Pearl is doing a pretty good job. He is a much better coach than Avery Johnson.

I was hoping for a tournament appearance by year 3 but given this team is all freshman and some more good players coming in next year I'll give it one more year.

If we don't make the tournament next year it's a total failure. I won't say we need to fire Bruce because it's not like we could get anyone better but he will have definitely underachieved big time if he doesn't get us into the tournament next year.

What sucks now for Auburn fans is that this 20 point halftime blown lead now actually hurts, whereas a few years ago, Tiger fans just chalked it up as another head shake and move on.

You must have not paid attention to the abyss AU basketball was in before he arrived.

He has made some errors, this young team hasn't learned to finish, and our program is still better than several years past.

All in all good. Who the hell is Auburn going to hire better than Pearl?

Better than the Johnson experiment. At least he hasn't lost two straight to his instate rival.

Maybe Bama can hire him to coach freethrow shooting. What was it today? Like 9 for 27?
