I mean it’s serious enough that she was fired but the violations weren’t necessarily high on the NCAA hit list, just blatant disregard for directives to stop what she was doing and her superior didn’t take necessary steps to follow up.

Honestly sounds like the worst that may come from it is some negative recruiting material for our rivals to use

You had to figure that the recruiting juggernaut was built on some underhanded shite going in over there, just like when Rev. Freeze was over in Oxford. There is cheating, which pretty much every program does, and then there's "frick you I don't care" cheating which is what Kirby is doing.
