Is this a subtle fat joke?

Is Pittman fat?

Is the Arkansas media blackout deliberate or does no one care?

Not counting Ole Miss (4-4) y’all have 9 conference wins since expansion!! Vandy has 19 conference wins in that time. Interesting Vandy fact they have only played one single game against a P12 team in their history! 0-1 vs UCLA.

That said you Arky fans show up, I respect that.

Vandy plays in the East. If Mizzou played in the west, yall wouldn't have won 2 div titles. #FACT

I don't know but I guess Fayetteville is one of the fastest growing small cities in the nation. Has been voted one of the best places to live and is very business friendly. The scenery and other surrounding areas are just beautiful. Plenty of outdoor activities to do. You have Dickson Street if a recruit wants to get shite faced then that is the place to be. Plenty of things to do for recruits and future players. Also we are not located in the ghetto unlike some school campuses.

Only thing missing is the winning part.

Yep Still can't win!

Briles and Odom are pretty formidable as coordinators...it really will be a shame if they can't play in front of full stadiums which helps a team like Arkansas at home.

How long before they get a HC job?

Ok roger that MC all that sounds very plausible thank you for the reply. That’s too bad though because the Big 12 is never going to win an NC until they start mastering defensive fundamental football. Also A&M is going to remain behind LSU, Bama, and AU if they don’t quickly rectify the situation.

Quickly? It been going on like that since they join the SEC!

Honestly this isn’t even a lie.

Fired Petrino when we could have just taken the hit.
Hired Bielema over Gundy.
Hired Morris over Norvell.

Good thing everyone involved with those 3 things in the AD are now gone.

But will it work with what you have now? I doubt it!

And where exactly do they pull recruits from? NWA is in bfe. Beautiful country but still isolated.

It shouldn't be that hard for a decent coach to pull 25 players a year from east Texas, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Arkansas and a few leftovers from Memphis and Louisiana. Those are all either within 3 hours of campus or border the state. OU is located in Norman freakin Oklahoma yet they've been able to pull elite players for decades enough to win as much as they have.

That's not even taking into account the strong JUCOs in Kansas close by. Rakeem Boyd came from Independence CC just 2 hours and 45 mins away from Fayetteville.

We lost to Kentucky in 2008 during our 5-7 season, not when we were ranked in the top 3.

Oklahoma City and Tulsa are closer to Fayetteville than many places in Arkansas.

It doesn't have to be since we historically have recruited Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi,Tennessee, Missouri and Louisiana decades prior. We have just recently started recruiting Georgia and Florida. Sam just offered a recruit from Georgia his first power five offer. He is looking at players that have yet to be offered by other power five schools but offering them first and hoping he can make a push.
