That’s too bad. I’ll post it again if I have to

He wont be benched before the game but if he goes in and folds under pressure of competition I hope Sark throws KJ out there

The Manning name maybe very hard to bench. It is not like benching a normal QB. Mannings are basically the QB family of the SEC.

Does this mean Eli will root for OM now?

Texas fans should thank OU and UF.

If you suck you suck. Archibald Johnson isn’t as good as Alabama Mr football or Florida Gatorade player of the year.

Sark is in a crap position IMO.
The powers that be want to see Arch succeed yet he isn't the guy to take them to the next level.
Bench him, you become a target for your job
Don't bench him and you lose again, your job is definitely on the line.

I know one thing. Spurrier would have either benched him way before now or he would have turned him into a great QB.

Nick Saban also would’ve benched him. Urban Meyer would’ve benched him. You could go on and on.
No one is above the program.

Should make the idiots in our fan base who blame all our issues on Arch—instead of the worthless brain trust running the team—very happy.
Until he next game, of course.

Yeah, no doubt. I'm not sure why it's taking Sark so long to act, or why it's taking Venables so long to act with Mateer.

It's definitely not all on Arch, but he makes some critical mistakes that are unforced. Your interior OL has had problems that certainly affect Manning.

How the mighty have fallen when LSU has to resort to shite talking State.
And it’s always been a mystery why too. It’s not like any of them were just overly spectacular in college, decent, sure, but not nearly as good as the hype would have you believe.

and we had the same issues with Quinn.
At some point you have to stop blaming the players. We've had the same issues regardless of personnel for years. It's Sark. It's always been Sark.
I guarantee you Manning would be playing just fine had he gone elsewhere and avoided Sark's malpractice. Same with Quinn.

As we've been told before, Texas ain't SEC, which I kinda agree with. Sitting Manning doesn't hold much of a stigma at a more civilized University. It's not as if his last name is Street, Young, or McCoy.

Can’t accuse him of being a Sooner!

May be rooting for them to put Arch out of his misery.

Texas, OU and Arkansas being in the SEC still feels odd to me, and we've been in the league for more than 30 years.
