Yep....he held our Athletics Dept by the balls under Alleva!

Is he good at building libraries and raising money? Seems like the types of things the college president would be more concerned with.

You're already the only school in the SEC that gets more donations for football than academics, at least out of the majority who reports. How much more football oriented can you be?

Okay. You got an upvote from me with this. Yeah, Alleva should catch a lot of shyte for the Will Wade fiasco last year but he ought to get at least a little bit of credit for bringing Orgeron on board even if he did kinda stumble upon it. As far as F King Alexander, well, he wasn't the greatest university president that ever oversaw LSU, but as president he has more things to worry about than football.
Those fans who see it as the duty of a university president to ensure success in athletics at any cost probably don't hold a degree from that university.

There’s a good chance Mark Emmert (Former LSU Chancellor who Woodward and Saban worked under) could be leaving as NCAA president and returning as LSU President.
